Precision Tint and Design - Booking Form Terms and Conditions

By submitting a booking request through the Precision Tint and Design booking form powered by OrbisX, you (“Customer”) agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These terms govern the scheduling, provision, and delivery of window tinting services provided by Justin’s Precision Tint and Design, LLC (“Precision Tint,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) for automotive, residential, and commercial window tinting. Please read these terms carefully before booking.
1. Booking and Scheduling
1.1 Booking Process: Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Precision Tint.
1.2 Accuracy of Information: Customers must provide accurate and complete information, including contact details, vehicle or property specifications, and service preferences. Incorrect or incomplete information may result in delays, cancellations, or additional fees.
1.3 Confirmation: A booking is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation email or SMS from Precision Tint via OrbisX. We reserve the right to decline bookings at our discretion.
1.4 Rescheduling and Cancellations:

Customers may reschedule or cancel bookings at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment without penalty by contacting us through OrbisX or at info@Precisiontint.biz or 941-456-1832.

Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment or no-shows may incur a cancellation fee of $50 or 25% of the estimated service cost, whichever is greater.

Precision Tint reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, equipment issues). Customers will be notified promptly and offered alternative scheduling options.
2. Services and Customer Responsibilities
2.1 Scope of Services: Precision Tint provides automotive, residential, and commercial window tinting and Paint Protection Film (PPF) services. We do not offer vehicle wraps, graphic design, or other non-tinting services unless explicitly agreed upon.
2.2 Customer Responsibilities:

Automotive Tinting: Vehicles must be clean, accessible, and free of obstructions (e.g., personal items, decals) at the time of service. Customers must disclose any pre-existing window damage or conditions that may affect tint application.

Residential/Commercial Tinting: Customers must ensure clear access to windows, remove obstructions (e.g., blinds, furniture), and disclose any special glass types (e.g., Low-E glass) that may require specific films. For Low-E windows, a label etched into the glass may be checked to determine glass type.
- Automotive State Law: Customers are responsible for verifying that requested tint levels comply with Florida Statutes (e.g., Visible Light Transmission requirements with a 3% tolerance for automotive tinting).
2.3 Pre-Service Inspection: Precision Tint will conduct an in-person inspection of the vehicle or property prior to service to assess suitability for tinting. We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions (e.g., damaged glass, non-compliant tint levels) pose risks to quality or safety.
2.4 Service Limitations: Window tinting may result in minor imperfections (e.g., small bubbles, edge gaps) or risks (e.g., water marks, dot matrix issues, signal interference for automotive tints). These are inherent to the tinting process and not considered defects unless outside industry standards (e.g., IWFA guidelines).
3. Pricing and Payment
3.1 Quotes and Estimates: Pricing is based on the information provided during booking. Final costs may vary due to factors such as glass type, window size, or additional labor (e.g., special-sized rolls for large sliders). A written quote will be provided post-inspection if adjustments are needed.
3.2 Payment Terms:

A deposit of 50% of the estimated cost may be required at booking for residential or commercial projects exceeding $500.

Full payment is due upon completion of services via accepted methods (e.g., credit card, cash, or approved digital payment through OrbisX).

Late payments may incur a fee of 1.5% per month on outstanding balances.
3.3 Refunds: Refunds are not provided for completed services unless the work fails to meet industry standards and cannot be remedied after reasonable efforts. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of service completion via info@precisiontint.biz.
4. Liability and Warranties
4.1 Liability Waiver: By booking, you acknowledge the risks associated with window tinting, including but not limited to potential glass damage, signal interference (e.g., radio, GPS), or minor imperfections. Customers must sign a separate liability waiver (available via OrbisX) prior to service, outlining these risks and responsibilities.
4.2 Warranty: Our automotive window film manufacturer offers a LIMITED LIFETIME warranty on materials and labor, covering defects in film application (e.g., peeling, bubbling; we will warranty our installations to be defect free for 3 years. Lifetime warranty for Residential installations; we will warranty our installations to be defect free for 3 years. Warranty claims require proof of service and are void if damage results from customer misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.
4.3 Limitation of Liability: Precision Tint is not liable for incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to property damage, loss of use, or signal interference, except where required by law. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.
5. Privacy and Data
5.1 Data Collection: By booking, you consent to the collection and use of personal information (e.g., name, contact details, vehicle/property details) as required to process your booking and provide services. Data is managed via OrbisX in accordance with their privacy policy and ours, available at https://www.precisiontintanddesign.com/privacy-policy.
5.2 Communication: You consent to receiving SMS or email communications from Precision Tint via OrbisX for booking confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups. You may opt out of non-essential communications through OrbisX settings.
6. General Provisions
6.1 Force Majeure: Precision Tint is not liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our control, including weather, supply chain issues, or emergencies.
6.2 Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Charlotte County, Florida.
6.3 Amendments: Precision Tint reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website and OrbisX booking platform.
