Deposit will lock in your detailing appointment. Deposit amount will go towards the total amount owed once job is finished. If deposit is left but customer does not show up to appointment, Detailer will wait a max of 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, customer will forfeit deposit.

Terms and Conditions

Deposit. A 25% deposit reserves your appointment and is applied to your total. The balance is due on completion.

Cancellations and rescheduling. Please give at least 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancelling with less than 48 hours notice forfeits the deposit, which covers your technician the reserved time. If we reschedule for weather or any reason on our side, your deposit carries over to the new appointment.

Pricing. Prices shown are starting prices and vary by vehicle size and condition. Heavy soiling, excessive pet hair, mold or biohazard cleanup may require an adjusted price. We will discuss any change with you before we start work.

Before we arrive. Please have the vehicle accessible and legally parked at the service address, remove personal belongings and valuables, and leave room to work around the vehicle. We are not responsible for personal items left in the vehicle.

Results. We photograph your vehicle before and after. Detailing improves appearance but cannot reverse all pre-existing damage. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 48 hours of service and we will make it right.

Text messages are separate. Agreeing to these terms does not opt you in to text messages. SMS consent is the separate optional checkbox above and is never required to book.
