Auto Detailing Terms & Conditions
Non-Refundable Deposit & Vehicle Preparation Policy
By booking an appointment and submitting a deposit, the customer (“Client”) agrees to the following Terms & Conditions for auto detailing services:
1. Non-Refundable Deposit
All deposits are strictly non-refundable. Deposits are required to secure your appointment date, time, staffing, and service availability. Once paid, the deposit will not be refunded for cancellations, no-shows, or missed appointments.
2. Vehicle Preparation Requirement
Clients are responsible for preparing the vehicle before the appointment. Please:
- Remove all personal belongings from the vehicle prior to service.
- Remove all valuables, weapons, money, important documents, and electronics.
- Remove excessive or heavy trash from the vehicle before arrival.
Heavy trash removal, excessive clutter, biohazards, pet waste, mold, vomit, or unsafe conditions may result in additional fees or refusal of service.
3. Personal Property
We asked that You remove all personal items prior to the service We are not responsible for any Responsible for missing items.

Unpaid Invoices & Late Payment Policy
Payment for all detailing services is due immediately upon completion unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
- After 24 hours: An unpaid invoice may incur a $25 late fee.
- After 48 hours: An unpaid invoice may incur an additional $25 late fee, bringing the total late fees to $50.
If payment remains outstanding, Detail Peak Auto Spa reserves the right to pursue lawful collection efforts or legal action to recover the unpaid balance, including any fees or costs recoverable under applicable law.
By booking or receiving services from Detail Peak Auto Spa, customers acknowledge and agree to these payment terms.
