Non-Refundable Deposit & Vehicle Preparation Policy
By booking an appointment and submitting a deposit, the customer (“Client”) agrees to the following Terms & Conditions for auto detailing services:
1. Non-Refundable Deposit
All deposits are strictly non-refundable. Deposits are required to secure your appointment date, time, staffing, and service availability. Once paid, the deposit will not be refunded for cancellations, no-shows, or missed appointments.
2. Vehicle Preparation Requirement
Clients are responsible for preparing the vehicle before the appointment. Please:
- Remove all personal belongings from the vehicle prior to service.
- Remove all valuables, weapons, money, important documents, and electronics.
- Remove excessive or heavy trash from the vehicle before arrival.
Heavy trash removal, excessive clutter, biohazards, pet waste, mold, vomit, or unsafe conditions may result in additional fees or refusal of service.
3. Personal Property
