By booking this appointment, I understand and agree to the following:
Appointment & Vehicle Condition
Pricing is based on the service selected and the condition of the vehicle as described at the time of booking. Final pricing may change if the vehicle requires additional time, labor, or products due to excessive soiling, pet hair, stains, odors, bodily fluids, mold, sap, tar, heavy debris, or other buildup.
Additional Charges
If excessive soiling or unexpected conditions are found upon arrival or inspection, we will notify you before proceeding with any additional charges. No extra work will be completed without your approval.
Personal Belongings
Please remove valuables, personal belongings, car seats, booster seats, important documents, money, firearms, medication, fragile items, and anything you do not want moved before your appointment. If items are left in the vehicle, we will do our best to work around them, but areas blocked by personal belongings may not be cleaned thoroughly. We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or misplaced items left inside the vehicle.
Pre-Existing Damage
We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear, stains, scratches, dents, peeling paint, loose trim, failing clear coat, damaged upholstery, cracked plastics, malfunctioning electronics, or weak adhesives. Detailing may reveal existing damage that was previously hidden by dirt, debris, or buildup.
Stains, Odors & Results
We will make every reasonable effort to clean and improve the vehicleâs condition, but some stains, odors, scratches, oxidation, pet hair, or buildup may not be fully removable. Results depend on the age, condition, and materials of the vehicle.
Access to Vehicle
The customer is responsible for making sure the vehicle is available at the scheduled appointment time. If we cannot access the vehicle or keys as needed, the appointment may need to be rescheduled and a fee may apply.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Please provide notice as early as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Missed appointments, late cancellations, or failure to provide access to the vehicle may result in a cancellation fee.
Payment
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed. Vehicles may not be released until payment has been received.
Photos
Photos may be taken before and after service to document vehicle condition, completed work, and any pre-existing damage. Photos may also be used for business records and marketing unless you request otherwise.
