TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE
Pharris AutoSpa, LLC
The terms and conditions set forth herein reflect Pharris AutoSpa, LLC's policies with respect to each
customer. By scheduling an appointment, authorizing work, or accepting services from Pharris AutoSpa,
LLC (the “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), the customer and vehicle owner (“customer,” “client,” or
“you”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Our philosophy is to provide a professional, stress-free detailing experience. The care of your vehicle and
the use of proper detailing techniques are our first priorities. We will not knowingly perform a service that
shows a material potential to harm or damage the vehicle.
1. BOOKING, DEPOSITS, CANCELLATIONS, AND RESCHEDULING
Deposit. A deposit equal to 15% of the scheduled service total is required at booking to
secure the appointment. The deposit will be credited toward the final balance.
Notice requirement. At least 48 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule. A cancellation or
rescheduling request is not effective until confirmed by a Pharris AutoSpa, LLC representative.
- With at least 48 hours' notice, the deposit may be transferred one time to a new appointment date.
- With less than 48 hours' notice, the deposit is forfeited and is not refundable.
- A no-show may be charged 50% of the estimated service value or forfeit the deposit, whichever is
greater.
- Each scheduled vehicle is a separate appointment. Multi-vehicle bookings may therefore be subject to
a separate cancellation charge for each vehicle.
- At our discretion, amounts paid may be converted to a gift card or account credit. This option may be
unavailable for fleet or business-vehicle bookings.
- If weather, unsafe conditions, equipment failure, or circumstances beyond our control prevent service,
we may reschedule without penalty to the customer.
2. APPOINTMENTS, ARRIVAL, AND ACCESS
We will arrive or begin service as close to the scheduled time as reasonably possible. Traffic, weather,
earlier appointments, safety concerns, and other events may affect the schedule. We will notify you when
a material delay occurs. We will not compromise safety or service quality merely to meet a schedule.
You must provide safe, lawful, and reasonable access to the vehicle and service area. If the vehicle is at a
third-party property, including an apartment complex or workplace, you are responsible for obtaining
permission for detailing services.
By authorizing service, you grant us permission to access the service location and, when reasonably
necessary, operate or reposition the vehicle for detailing.
If we arrive but cannot perform the scheduled service because the customer is absent, the vehicle is
inaccessible, required utilities or permission are unavailable, or the customer failed to disclose a condition
that prevents service, the customer may be charged up to the full scheduled amount.
3. PRICING, ESTIMATES, AND ADDITIONAL CHARGES
Prices vary by vehicle size, selected package, vehicle condition, location, and the time, chemicals, labor, or
equipment required. Published or quoted prices generally assume a vehicle in average condition and are
estimates until the vehicle is inspected.
Additional charges may apply for conditions requiring extra work. We will make a reasonable effort to
advise you of material additional charges before performing the extra work.
- Heavy stains; excessive pet hair, dirt, mud, sand, debris, or personal-item removal.
- Mold, mildew, bodily fluids, animal waste, vomit, blood, urine, needles, drugs, gasoline, or other
hazardous substances.
- Road tar, tree sap, heavy bug accumulation, oxidation, or other unusual exterior contamination.
- Steam cleaning, extraction, odor remediation, specialized treatment, or additional labor not included in
the selected package.
4. VEHICLE CONDITION AND CUSTOMER DISCLOSURES
Before service begins, the customer must disclose any cosmetic, mechanical, electrical, structural, or
safety issue that could affect the work. Examples include a weak battery, inoperable windows or locks, a
trunk or door that will not open, water leaks, loose trim, aftermarket wiring, warning lights, damaged
controls, or prior repairs.
The customer must also disclose any condition that may threaten health or safety, including needles,
drugs, gasoline, weapons, bodily fluids, mold, animal waste, or other hazardous materials. The customer is
responsible for injuries, exposure, delays, or costs arising from an undisclosed condition.
Pharris AutoSpa, LLC reserves the right to refuse, discontinue, or limit service when a vehicle or location
presents a health, safety, legal, or property-damage risk.
5. PRE-EXISTING DAMAGE AND INHERENT RISKS
Pharris AutoSpa, LLC is not responsible for pre-existing damage, defects, deterioration, improper repairs,
or components that fail during ordinary detailing because of age, wear, corrosion, poor installation, or a
condition not caused by our services.
- Oxidized, failing, repainted, or peeling paint and clear coat.
- Loose trim, moldings, mirrors, emblems, vents, buttons, switches, headliners, upholstery, or interior
coatings.
- Cracked, chipped, repaired, or weakened glass.
- Aftermarket accessories, wiring, electronics, tint, wraps, decals, paint-protection film, and custom
equipment.
- Older or weak batteries that discharge while doors, hatches, or accessories are open during service.
- Engine-bay sensors, wiring, connectors, or components that are not properly sealed or have exposed or
deteriorated wiring.
6. PERSONAL BELONGINGS, CHILD SEATS, AND CUSTOM EQUIPMENT
Remove valuables, money, firearms, medication, documents, personal items, and trash before service. We
are not responsible for items left in the vehicle that are lost, damaged, moved, or reasonably mistaken for
trash. Center consoles, glove boxes, and other closed compartments will be cleaned only when completely
emptied unless otherwise agreed.
For safety and liability reasons, our personnel will not remove, disconnect, or reinstall child safety seats. If
a seat remains installed, we will clean around it. The customer must remove it before the appointment if
cleaning underneath is requested.
We generally will not remove or reinstall custom equipment, including seat covers, subwoofers, light bars,
pet protectors, bumper stickers, or similar items. If cleaning beneath an item is requested, the customer
should remove it before service. If removal is deemed absolutely necessary, it will occur only with the
customer's express approval.
7. PAYMENT
Payment is due in full immediately upon completion unless a written fleet or commercial agreement
provides otherwise. We accept cash and approved credit or debit cards. If payment was initiated online,
the card ordinarily will be charged after completion, except for the required deposit or any authorized
hold.
A hold for up to the scheduled appointment amount may be placed on the provided card before the
appointment. Any disclosed processing fee may apply to credit-card or NFC transactions to the extent
permitted by law and card-network rules.
Returned checks, reversed payments, chargebacks, or nonsufficient-funds payments may incur additional
charges. Failure to pay may result in collection activity, legal action, or any lien or remedy available under
applicable law, including reasonable collection costs and legal fees where recoverable.
8. SERVICE RESULTS, INSPECTION, AND CORRECTIONS
Detailing outcomes depend on a vehicle's age, materials, condition, prior damage, contamination, and
maintenance history. There is no guarantee that a vehicle will be restored to a particular condition,
including “showroom new,” or that every stain, odor, scratch, defect, or contaminant can be completely
removed.
The customer should inspect the vehicle during the final walk-around. Any issue not noticed at that time
must be reported within 24 hours after completion. If appropriate, a correction or touch-up appointment
must be scheduled within five days. We must be given a reasonable opportunity to inspect and correct the
specific concern.
Because detailing is a labor-based service, completed services are not eligible for a monetary refund. Our
obligation for a substantiated service-quality concern is limited to correcting the affected area when
reasonably possible.
9. DAMAGE, ACCIDENTS, AND LIMITATION OF RESPONSIBILITY
We do not reimburse minor cosmetic changes or damage resulting from ordinary detailing of a
pre-existing, loose, worn, deteriorated, improperly repaired, or undisclosed condition.
If major damage is directly caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct, any repair or
reimbursement is subject to inspection and prior approval by Pharris AutoSpa, LLC. We reserve the right to
approve the repair facility, vendor, estimate, and reasonable method of correction before authorizing work
or payment.
To the extent permitted by law, the customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Pharris AutoSpa, LLC,
its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from third-party claims, losses, expenses, liabilities,
damages, and reasonable legal fees arising from an undisclosed vehicle condition, unsafe service location,
customer instruction, customer-supplied equipment, or events not directly caused by the services
performed.
10. VEHICLE PICKUP AND STORAGE
For vehicles serviced at our location, the customer must pick up the vehicle within 24 hours after being
notified that service is complete. Notification may be made by telephone call, voicemail, or text message.
Vehicles not picked up within that period will be charged a secure storage fee of $50 per day, or any
portion of a day, until picked up.
11. PHOTOGRAPHS AND VIDEO
Unless the customer withdraws permission in writing before service begins, the customer permits Pharris
AutoSpa, LLC to photograph or record the vehicle for service documentation, training, portfolio, website,
social-media, and other marketing purposes. We will not sell the images or video to third parties and will
make reasonable efforts to obscure license plates and specific location information.
12. RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE AND GENERAL TERMS
Pharris AutoSpa, LLC reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service for any lawful reason, including
unsafe conditions, abusive conduct, undisclosed hazards, lack of access, or requests that may damage the
vehicle.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect. A
waiver on one occasion does not waive the same or any other provision on a later occasion. These Terms
constitute the service agreement unless modified by a written agreement signed or expressly accepted by
Pharris AutoSpa, LLC.
By booking an appointment, paying a deposit, authorizing work, or accepting the vehicle after service, the
customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
