Booking Agreement – Cowboy Auto Detailing LLC
By booking a detailing service with Cowboy Auto Detailing LLC, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Hazardous Conditions Policy
Our shop does not service vehicles containing hazardous waste, including but not limited to:
• Vomit
• Blood
• Urine
• Feces (human or animal)
• Pet waste
• Rodent droppings (e.g., mice droppings that may carry Hantavirus)
• Any other biohazardous materials
These substances pose significant health risks to our staff. By booking a service, you confirm that your vehicle does not contain any of the above conditions.
2. Right to Refuse Service
If, upon inspection, we find that your vehicle contains hazardous materials as described above, we reserve the right to refuse service.
Deposits and prepayments will not be refunded in these cases.
3. Vehicle Condition & Customer Disclosure
Customers are responsible for disclosing any known issues regarding their vehicle’s condition prior to service. Failure to do so may result in service refusal or additional charges.
4. Pricing Disclaimer
Prices listed on our website and booking form are base starting rates. Final pricing is determined by the vehicle’s condition. Additional charges may apply for:
• Excessive dirt
• Pet hair
• Messes from children
• Cigarette smoke removal
• Extra floor mats
• Tree sap
• Other detailing challenges
If you’d like a more accurate quote, you may bring your vehicle by the shop in advance or request an in-person evaluation at drop-off.
By completing your booking, you agree to these terms and confirm that your vehicle meets the stated conditions.
