Our quality promise applies to all of our work. Cash, card, check, or Venmo are all acceptable payment options. All customers receive invoices. If a deposit or complete payment is not received before the invoice's expiration date, the price can increase. If there is no expiration date, it signifies that an agreement on when a deposit or full payment will be paid. All transactions are final, and there are no refunds. If a problem arises, please inform us so that we can make right! We appreciate you and thank you for your support!
Cancelation Policy:
If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, you will be charged the full amount for the services requested.
Paint Correction and Ceramic Coating Cancellation Policy:
There is a 7 day cancellation policy if you schedule a paint correction or ceramic coating given that the service blocks out at least two days, which might be difficult to fill to compensate for the cancellation. This applies even if you book within 7 days.
Personal Belongings Policy:
Prior to your detailing appointment, we request that you remove all of your personal belongings and valuables from your vehicle(s). We will treat everything you left in your vehicle(s) with the upmost care. We are not liable for any personal items left behind. We are not responsible for any items in the vehicle that are lost or damaged.
Damages Policy:
We at Every Last Detail are not liable for any pre-existing damage to your vehicle. Before performing detailing services, our detailer will evaluate the inside and outside of your vehicle. Pictures will be taken before and after the detailing service, regardless of whether or not there is damage.
Once a vehicle has been moved by the customer any dust, dirt, or debris is not the responsibility of the detailer.
