2. Personal Belongings and Waste Removal:
Clients are required to remove all personal effects, valuables, and refuse from their vehicles prior to the scheduled appointment. The Rolling Diamond Mobile Detailing assumes no liability for items left within the vehicle, including but not limited to those that are lost, misplaced, or damaged, whether prior to, during, or subsequent to the provision of services. By securing an appointment, clients acknowledge and consent to this policy, accepting full responsibility for ensuring the vehicle is cleared of personal belongings.
3. Final Pricing Disclosure:
The final service price is subject to variation based on multiple factors, including but not limited to the vehicle’s condition, size, and the scope of services required. Any supplemental charges, such as those for pet hair removal or the remediation of excessive staining or dirt, will be clearly communicated to the client and consented to prior to the initiation of services. Work will not commence without explicit client approval of revised costs.
4. Additional Fees:
Supplementary fees may apply in circumstances where the vehicle necessitates extensive cleaning due to heightened levels of dirt, staining, or pet hair. Such fees ensure the highest standard of service is achieved and will be discussed with the client in advance of commencing work.
5. Deposit and Cancellation Policy:
Deposits rendered to secure appointments are refundable provided cancellations are made at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled service time. Cancellations occurring within 72 hours of the appointment may result in forfeiture of the deposit. If The Rolling Diamond Mobile Detailing must cancel or reschedule the appointment for any reason, the full deposit will be refunded or applied to a rescheduled date at the client’s discretion. Requests for rescheduling by the client are subject to availability and must adhere to this policy to avoid deposit loss.
6. Vehicle Condition Disclaimer:
The Rolling Diamond Mobile Detailing is not responsible for any pre-existing or unrelated issues with the vehicle, including but not limited to mechanical, electrical, or structural problems. Our services are cosmetic in nature and focused solely on vehicle detailing. By booking, you agree that The Rolling Diamond Mobile Detailing is not liable for any damages, malfunctions, or defects unrelated to the detailing process, whether existing prior to or discovered during the service.
7. Acknowledgment and Agreement:
By booking services with The Rolling Diamond Mobile Detailing, clients affirm their understanding and acceptance of the terms and conditions outlined herein. It is the client’s obligation to review these policies prior to scheduling to ensure full comprehension and compliance.
