Staff was friendly, 2 stars for that. I'll be going elsewhere for car washes in the future. You know when you get a terrible car wash and all it does is highlight the spots that were missed? There were spots missed on the body, windows were dried with dirty cloths leaving residue behind, interior screen still has finger prints and smudges, and the tires were left duller than when they arrived even after purchasing the tire shine package.

I went here because I know it's usually fast. Just waited over an hour in a small line because I realized they were detailing everyone in front of me. Takes 6 minutes for an exterior wash yet they spend 20 minutes detailing, slowing the entire line down.

I didn't realize why the 4 car line was taking so long until I got to the front realizing they are doing interior detailing of the cars in front of me, making everyone else wait behind, even those looking for just an exterior wash. They have a car wash on an assembly line but the entire process grinds to halt because they do hand interior detailing for anyone that has paid for it.

1h20m for a 4 car line an absolutely not way to bail once in itu2026. Be careful
