Been Going to Grand Car Wash for few years now. From Their Old Location to their Eastern Ave Location. Yashna Always took good care of me. With over 50 Plus Cars they detailed of mine, Yashna Treated every single car as it was her own. She always put her Sweat and Blood into it. She always sets me to that New Car feeling and completely checks my car in and out! Will definitely Recommend and Will keep going. Sad not to see many shops like this. They have Reasonable Prices and Quality Service! Go support their Business!

I have had my vehicle detailed in August at Grand Car Wash, and they did a good job with cleaning my vehicle, service was friendly. However, my steering wheel lock and its key went missing on the same visit. Be careful getting your car detailed here, there are some thieves at this shop that could steal your belongings.

I booked for the platinum package at 9 a.m. on 2 November 2024 and was at first very satisfied with the level of cleanliness inside and out of my brand new 2024 vehicle. Although it took longer than 1.5 to 2 hours I was quoted when I dropped off my car, they said there were some stubborn exterior stains on the hood that needed more time to be removed by hand. The issues were, however, that when I entered the vehicle afterwards, I noticed my car was already running/idling with an eighth tank of gas used up with both front seat warmers at full blast and climate control set to over 25 degrees Celsius. I would venture to guess the car must have been idling for at least 20 to 30 minutes. Second, I noticed on closer inspection at home the hood of my brand new car had numerous spots of surface scratches (not the kind of swirl marks you would see over the years of being put through machine car washes that are evenly distributed all over the hood), which I can only imagine would have happened when they were trying to remove the stains by hand. For $120, I don't feel it would be unreasonable to expect better care to be taken to clean the vehicle without introducing greater damage to the vehicle or being careless with ignition and other car functions. Plus, I will now have to incur greater cost to fix and remove surface scratches from the hood. If you take good care of your car and have a high value vehicle, I would recommend caution.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! Awful service, went to get the full interior of my car cleaned. When I got it back neither the doors, the ceiling or the back of the car seats were cleaned, EVEN WORSE they had broken a bit off which I found in the trunk while I was looking for my phone jack that they u201cforgot to put back in my caru201d. After driving back for my phone jack and bringing all this to the attention of the manager I was laughed at, told there was nothing they could do for me then and they'd contact me. AWFUL SERVICE, BAD BUSINESS!!!
