I was told that they offer touchless automatic car wash. It turns out that it's not touchless... Guaranteed to see swirls and scratches.... Never going back there again. Will cancel the monthly subscription. I'm disappointed with them.

The owner offered me a deal on hand washing. But I only give 2 stars rating due to how they do not dry the car properly... I'm still disappointed about the quality of their service.

I also paid extra to get the interior of the car cleaned but its not that great either. I feel they might do a better job if you paid more but that is a gamble I am not sure if I am willing to make.

Booked a package of both interior and exterior detailing plus engine bay wash, glass cleaning and wax. Expecting that it would be done by professionals because of some good review. My car was just gotten from the dealership and had it ceramic coated to preserve shine. Always car washed it on water only to prevent hairline scratches. Then when I had this detailing, upon receiving my car, i was so shocked to see lots of hairline scratches probably from reusing the cloth to wipe and clean the car or from waxing. I dont even know. Also, when i pointed out the cargo was not cleaned, it was the only time they vacuumed and wiped it. Also, the wax that was applied on the exterior was not properly wiped so there are parts that is matte color because of the dried unwiped wax. I was so disappointed to the point that i just paid and left coz what do they do. Now I will have to pay more just to remove the hairline scratches that I honestly choose them for to prevent that in the first place. I will never have my car detailed again in this place.

Yesterday, 25th May 2026, I had the most delightful experience in car wash. For a reasonable price, my car was delivered to me squeaky clean, shiny and as good a new. Very professional service by the team. I was treated with respect and courtesy. The same goes for my car. Thank you Grand Car Wash!!!
