I went in this afternoon for a detailing appointment, and the staff were very helpful in guiding me to choose the right package. They were really nice people.

Booked an appointment online for 5:30pm and received multiple confirmations. Drove 50 minutes to the 828 Eastern Drive location, arriving 15 minutes early. Waited 30 minutes for staff; Monail informed me he couldn't take my car as he was leaving at 6:00pm. He claimed to have called at 4:30 from an unknown Halifax number, which was screened as spam, and mentioned a system u201cglitchu201d in the booking Monail took the car with attitude, acting as if he was doing a favour.

The only positive was the thorough job by the detailing staff.

Would not recommend the shop and unlikely to return.

I dropped off my car for a gold package detailing ($129). After nearly three hours of waiting, I asked the employees if it was almost done. I was now late for work, but they hadn't even started my car. Instead, they moved it to the parking lot and left me sitting there for hours.

I had to take another day off work to drop off my car before leaving the country for cleaning. Once completed, I noticed that my pedals and chrome around the drivers footwell wasn't cleaned. I contacted them, and they claimed I had dirtied it on my way home. However, as you can see in the photos, the dirt has been there for months.

My husband decided to give them another chance, but unfortunately, they still didn't clean the pedals (which is included in the package).

I wouldnt recommend going here. I had trouble getting things back that were left in my car, and the place is extremely disorganized.

EDIT: lowering to one star because Jay is harassing me through every contact method he has, which is its own issue. Please be aware they are removing google reviews by bullying people into it.
