Very disappointing experience with the Platinum Interior & Exterior Detail.
Unfortunately, the quality of the detail did not come close to what I expected. Several areas were missed, including the inside door panels, glove box, cup holder area and the entire middle console. I had to ask them to clean the center console and cup holder as I saw that it was never even touched as I was about to leave. Additionally, the sunroof was not cleaned because the cover was never pulled back, and the glass throughout the vehicle was not sparkling clean as you would expect after a professional detail.
I was also disappointed that the vehicle was finished in a high-impact dust zone, which made little sense after having just been cleaned. The bag I provided for the items that were removed from the vehicle was also returned soaking wet, and they forgot to return the bag to me, causing me to go back, all of which was very careless.
When I pointed out some of the areas that had been missed, I was told that the person who worked on my vehicle was new. If that was the case, someone should have been shadowing him.
The last straw was the complete lack of follow-up. I called the following day to explain the areas that had been missed. I was told they would look into it and call me back within 10 minutes to let me know when I could bring the vehicle back to have the issues corrected. It has now been a full week, and I have never received a call.
Mistakes can happen, especially with someone new, but what matters is how a business handles the situation afterward. Unfortunately, I did not feel that my concerns were taken seriously.
Based on this experience, I would not recommend them, and I would not return.

The worst. I had appointment at 11 but waited till 12:45. They told me stage 2 take about 6 hours so I took a taxi to go home. I was called 5:30 to go pick my car around 6:30. When I got there after $30 taxi fare, I realized just when I got there two people started to work on my car. After 30 minutes of some brushing that based on what the gentleman, Jay, had told me they did a lousy stage 1 because it was late and wanted to go home.
They are a car wash not anything more. I paid for a stage 2 and even did not get a proper stage one.

Do you want them to dry your car off with dirty towel leaving grease stain marks on your window shield? Then this is the place for you. Had to finish car myself. Luckily I had large towel in the car trunk. Try others first this does not rate 1 staru2026
