I've gone here for years and they always do a good job. I believe it is under new ownership. The new team is very nice and they do and even better job - taking their time and being thorough. It is also great value. My only complaint is that the new system is very time consuming. The old process would have you out in 45min tops, even with a line. Now it takes about twice that if there are 5 or so cars ahead of you. I appreciate the attention to detail, but for myself, I would trade the great job for a good job, to cut my time in half. I wish there was an option - like a quick in and out really is a quick in and out.

I am not pleased.nThis was my first time using the service. It was a treat for myself. I booked in advance - and dropped the car off on time. I went next door since the service was supposed to be 1 hour but 1 1/2 hours later I get a call that my car had not yet been started. Another hour later my car was ready but it was after the shop had closed. The car was mostly clean on the inside but some sticky gunk left on my driver side floor mat. The trunk was not cleaned which I expected with a silver package. I also believe my car was damaged but did not take photos of my car prior which I really wish I had but as I had cleared my car of garbage a hour prior I know that damage did not exist. I won't be using this service again.

Not sure why they have bad reviews when they go see your car after they do it with the attendant. First time car detailed here yesterday since it is walking distance from my work they had finished approximately 1.5 hours after I dropped it off, everything was perfect! I had tiny bit of dog hairs stuck in my interior and they got everything out! Even the crumbs stuck in my console!
