Lindenwerks will do what “we deem necessary and reasonable” for total customer satisfaction.
Paint Protection Products: Lindenwerks offers paint protection waxes, sealants, ceramic coatings & protection film products to protect against normal driving conditions and the natural effects of the weather only. Lindenwerks must inspect the protected vehicle twice per year after application of our vehicle protection products to stand behind our satisfaction guaranteed program.
Paint Protection Warranty: Lindenwerks covers paint protection products against normal wear & tear of the vehicles protected surfaces only. We offer a “limited warranty” to keep the treated surfaces from fading, loss of shine and gloss for up to one (1) full year. Lindenwerks vehicle protection products do not cover damages from: commercial car washing, extreme weather and driving conditions, road debris, rock chips, heavy scratching, swirl scratching, bird droppings, chemical damage, industrial fallout, tree sap, eggs, overspray, etching, paint stains, key scratches or vehicle body damage, dents, and dings. Lindenwerks does not cover paint protection film or vehicle wraps from bubbles, film lifting, film edge damage, yellowing, fading, scratching, marring or road debris. Vehicle wraps, chrome delete, and color change vinyl is cosmetic only and not a protective product and can show issues and damage within the first few months of being applied. Lindenwerks is not responsible for fading, scratching, lifting, or peeling.
Paint Correction and Paint Defect Removal: There is an additional charge for paint correction and scratch removal services. It’s impossible to remove 100% of paint defects, scratches, dings, paint chips or blemishes from the painted surfaces. It is the owner’s responsibility to inform Lindenwerks of any prior paint or bodywork performed on the vehicle. It is impossible for Lindenwerks to know if the vehicle has had prior bodywork, buffing, or polishing that thins the paint. Lindenwerks is not responsible for paint burning or paint thinning. Our paint correction process could result in irreversible damage, thinning of paint & paint burns. It’s impossible to gage the thickness of the paint or when it has reached its limitations. Furthermore, Lindenwerks is not responsible for any damage created with after market, custom or old paint jobs. Any old, after market or custom paint is very unpredictable. Depending upon paint thickness and amount of paint to be corrected could result in many types of irreversible damage to include thinning of paint, paint burns, and other paint blemishes.
Pre-existing Damage: Lindenwerks is not responsible for pre-existing damage or imperfections on or within the vehicle. Until the vehicle has been completely cleaned it is difficult to see damages, breakage, or imperfections outside or inside the vehicle.
Vehicle Inspection: It is the owner’s responsibility to be available for the initial and final vehicle inspections. Lindenwerks will not be responsible for any customer dissatisfaction of work performed if the owner is not available for initial and final inspection of vehicle. Lindenwerks is not responsible for items left in the vehicle or items missing from the vehicle upon completion of services offered.
Schedule & Completion of Detail: It is the owner’s responsibility to be aware of the final completion times and delivery of the vehicle. Additional charges will be applied for late pickup or overnight storage. Lindenwerks will be as accurate as possible when scheduling detail time. Depending upon the actual condition and size of the vehicle being detailed, the amount of detailing time can vary with each vehicle.
Child Protective Devices: Lindenwerks is not responsible for re-installing or re-setting the childcare car seats, child protective devices and childproof settings, buttons, and systems. It is the owner’s responsibility to reset and check all child proof settings, electrical components, seat settings, stereo settings, buttons, and knobs after the completion of the detailing and cleaning process.
Wheel Rims: Lindenwerks is not responsible for pre-existing damage of the vehicle’s wheel rims or wheel covers. It may be impossible to get wheel rims completely clean and defect free. Once wheels have been re-installed it’s the owner’s responsibility to have the wheel lug nuts and wheel locks re-checked within the first 50 miles of driving time on all wheels or wheel rim work.
Engine Detailing: Lindenwerks is not responsible for engine malfunction, noises, squeaks, warning lights or poor running conditions before or after the engine detail. Lindenwerks is not responsible for pre-existing engine damage.
Windshield Repair: Lindenwerks offers windshield repair that is structural and not cosmetic. It’s normal, after repair, to see the existing damage. Lindenwerks guarantees the windshield repair as a structural only and not cosmetic. Lindenwerks is not responsible for further damage, cracks or crack runs during or after our attempt to repair the windshield.
Headlight Repair: Lindenwerks is not responsible for pre-existing headlight damages or yellowing. Lindenwerks offers headlight restoration up to 75% clarity. Lindenwerks is not responsible for headlight replacement for any reason.
Final Payment Due: Once Lindenwerks has completed the final services, payment is due immediately. Key Return Policy: Lindenwerks will return the vehicle’s keys to the owner or owner’s representative only.
Leave Vehicle at Your Own Risk: Lindenwerks is not responsible for vehicles left overnight. Any vehicle left overnight is at the discretion of the vehicles owner or representative and will not be covered for any damages whatsoever. Unless prior, written consent by Lindenwerks, no car is protected overnight, and we do not offer storage, insurance or protection of any vehicles left overnight.
Owners Insurance: It’s the owner’s responsibility to have proper, up to date, full coverage insurance on any vehicle left in our shop for daily or overnight services. All vehicles left in our shop for service is at the owner’s risk.
