The terms and conditions set forth herein reflect Flow Auto Care's policy with respect to each of its customers. All customers of Flow Auto Care agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth below.
When you book online or via phone with Flow Auto Care, you should read and agree to the terms and conditions of the booking prior to making an appointment. Once an appointment has been made, you are bound under the terms and conditions herein.
Our philosophy is to offer a stress-free detailing experience for our customers.
Your vehicle and performing proper detailing techniques is our first priority. We will not perform any service that shows potential to cause harm or damage your vehicle. Prior to Flow Auto Care performing services on your vehicle, you, the owner, will advise us of any cosmetic or mechanical issues that would prevent us from completing the detail.
These may include low battery, trunk permanently shut, windows do not roll down, etc…
All vehicles are cleaned at the customers own risk and must be able to withstand normal cleaning processes.
Our detailing times are an estimate only. Each vehicle is different and may require more or less time to fulfill the detailing type
If your vehicle poses a potential threat to our health and/or safety, please let us know. If there is the threat of any harmful substances (needles, drugs, gasoline, etc.) in the vehicle, you must let your detail technician know prior to your detail. You will be held responsible for any health and/or safety issues arising from your vehicle.
If your vehicle cannot be detailed once we arrive, you will still be charged the full amount of your scheduled appointment (this includes not being present once we arrive).
Flow Auto Care reserves the right to refuse service.
Appointments
We will arrive as close to the scheduled appointment time as possible. However, sometimes situations can occur that will disrupt the daily schedule. Our safety will never be compromised by rushing to meet a schedule. You will be called and advised of an arrival time when schedules change beyond our control.
Pricing varies for each vehicle and is determined by size, package, and condition.
Flow Auto Care reserve the right to charge an hourly rate of $75 (or proportion thereof) for any work that is not within the boundaries of the booking
Flow Auto Care reserves the right to amend any price during the detailing should it differ from the original estimate
Additional charges apply for heavy stains, excessive pet hair, excessive debris removal, personal item removal and steam cleaning (if required) due to the additional time it takes.
Flow Auto Care will send you SMS text messages to confirm your service request, provide information about the detailer matched to your job, and to conduct a customer satisfaction survey after the job is completed. Depending on your mobile phone service, you may incur costs from these SMS text messages from your mobile phone service provider.
All inbound and outbound customer service calls may be recorded for quality assurance.
Property Damage
Each customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Flow Auto Care, its owners, employees and affiliates from any damage, loss, expense, cost, claim and liability (including attorney and legal fees) arising out of Flow Auto Care services, including without limitation, any accidental property damage not relating to the services performed. I acknowledge that the unique nature of Flow Auto Care's business may expose me to greater property damage risk, and I hereby assume such risk.
Flow Auto Care will neither install nor remove any car seats or custom equipment from your vehicle unless deemed absolutely necessary and your approval and acceptance of these terms grants permission to do so.
We will neither remove nor install car seats from your vehicle. If you would like your car seat cleaned underneath, please have it removed prior to your appointment.
We will neither remove nor install custom equipment from your vehicle. This includes, but is not limited to, seat covers, subwoofers, light bars, pet protectors, and bumper stickers. If you would like these things cleaned underneath, please have them removed prior to your appointment.
We require a minimum 48 hours notice to change or cancel an appointment.
A hold for the full amount of your scheduled appointment may be placed on the provided credit/debit card 24 hours prior to your appointment.
If you wish to change your appointment with less than 48 hours notice, you will have the following 3 options:
Cancellation Terms & Conditions
Reschedule your appointment at no additional cost to you. Though you will be charged for your appointment at the time of rescheduling, you may pick another day and time for Flow Auto Care to perform the detail.
Cancel your appointment with a cancellation charge. The hold will be released on your card and you will be charged the cancellation fee (15%) on the same card for canceling within 48 hours. This option is valid up to six (12) hours before your scheduled appointment. Cancellations with less than six (12) hours notice might be charged up to 50% of appointment price . An appointment is not considered cancelled until the customer has confirmed the cancellation with Flow Auto Care representative.
Flow Auto Care reserves the right to withdrawl this option for fleet vehicle/business vehicle bookings.
We require 24 hours notice from the start of the arrival window to cancel any booking/detailing service. All appointments must be cancelled online with the link provided in your email confirmation.
Failure to provide 24 hours advance notice of cancellation will result in a minimum charge of 25% of the service cost.
Flow Auto Care reserves the right to alter a booking or move a booking in accordance to its staff levels, weather conditions and/or equipment failure without penalty to the company.
Failure to be present at the time and location of the ordered service will result in the full value of the service being charged.
There are NO GUARANTEES of bringing your vehicle back to a specific condition (i.e. Show Room New).
Payment
We accept cash and credit cards. Payment is due at the completion of the detail. If payment was made online, your card will not be charged until after completion unless a deposit is required.
There may be an additional charge for Non Sufficient Funds or Returned Payments
Photographs and Video
We have your permission to take pictures or video of your vehicle for marketing purposes. These will never be sold or given to third parties.
Damage/Accidents
Reimbursement will not be paid for any minor cosmetic damage as a result of detailing your vehicle. Reimbursement will be paid for any major damage caused to your vehicle as a result of our gross negligence or willful misconduct. Flow Auto Care will approve the body shop and/or vendors before issuing any reimbursement.
If something arises after the detail that was not noticed during the final walk around, you must contact us within 24 hours and, if needed, schedule a touch-up detail within 5 days.
Customers should remove all personal belongings, money and other significant items from their vehicle prior to any type of detailing
All vehicles are cleaned at the customers own risk and must be able to withstand normal cleaning processes.
We will not accept any liability for any loss or damage to any personal property including the vehicle being serviced, any belongings contained inside of the vehicle or to the location of service. Assure that your vehicle is being serviced in a lawful and safe area and if you feel otherwise please communicate your concerns with the technician.

Flow Auto Care reserves the right to refuse or deny customer demands above and beyond the booked detailing
Each customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Flow Auto Care, its owners, employees and affiliates from and against any and all liabilities, expenses, damages, and costs, including attorney and legal fees, resulting from any service provided or injury after our services have been completed.
Gift Certificates
For payer verification purposes, Gift Certificates have a 48 hour holding period before they can be redeemed for services.
Gift Certificates can only be used once per vehicle per service.
Gift certificates can not be combined or redeemed with any other additional discounts, coupons, or promotions.
The final price for services rendered may exceed the value of this gift certificate.
Additional charges may apply to the redeemer if they choose a package that exceeds the cash value of their gift certificate.
Additional surcharges for excessive pet hair, biological waste, other hazardous materials, larger vehicles, excessive damage, or other issues may apply.
Gift certificates reflect a cash value. Prices for services may adjust due to seasonality, location, inflation, or demand.
Any balances for services ordered are due at time of service and do not include additional services, tax, or gratuity.
After 6 months of non-use the gift certificate is non-refundable.
Window Tinting
All window tint installations come with a limited lifetime warranty. Your tint warranty is provided directly by the film manufacturer.
Flow Auto Care does not warranty against product defects.
Flow Auto Care will not accept any liability for any loss or damage to any personal property including the vehicle being serviced, any belongings contained inside of the vehicle, or to the location of service.
Prices do not include the removal of old film. Prices for film removal are based on the condition of the vehicle and the glass.
Tint Opacity Disclosure
At Flow Auto Care we offer tinting services for vehicles as requested by our customers. It's important to note that the legality of tint opacity varies by city, county or state. We do not assume responsibility for verifying the legal limits of tint opacity in your specific area.
Customer Responsibility: It is the sole responsibility of the customer to be aware of and comply with the local laws, regulations, and restrictions concerning tint opacity for vehicles in their area.
Consultation and Information: While we provide expertise in tinting services, including suggestions and recommendations, any information provided regarding legal limits is for general guidance and informational purposes only. We highly encourage customers to research and understand the legal requirements governing tint opacity in their location before availing our services.
Compliance: Customers are responsible for ensuring that the tint opacity level chosen for their vehicle complies with local laws. Flow Auto Care does not perform checks or validations regarding the legality of tint opacity levels specific to a customer's location.
Liability Waiver: By ordering our tinting services, customers acknowledge and agree that Flow Auto Care is not liable for any legal consequences, fines, penalties, refunds or replacements resulting from non-compliance with local tint opacity laws.
