How it works:

Our professional mobile services can be scheduled at home or work (anywhere with space to work around the vehicle).Our mobile unit is fully equipped with onboard power, water & all necessary equipment to provide all services listed below. You don't need to be present to have your vehicle detailed. Just leave the vehicle unlocked, and we will notify you when your vehicle is completed. Our equipment does make noise.

Once your appointment is set, you will receive an email conformation. We will also send a "touching base" email to confirm your appointment 48 hours, and 12 hours before your appointment (in case of any last minute changes or weather changes). You can also confirm your appointment in either email.

*When providing an email address, we will send you our "Tracker Link". (similar to the Domino's Pizza Tracker) this will provide live updates on the status of your detailing!

This maintenance service will "refresh your vehicle inside and out". Vehicles that have not been detailed in the last 4 months, please select "Precision Detail".
Consistency is key. Regular monthly maintenance customers will receive free perks, including no upcharges and for stains or dog hair, and ceramic wax applied every 2 months.

RV/Boat Precision Detail

Washing and waxing your Boat/RV can be a huge task because of the amount of surface area that needs attention, especially the roof and awnings. Our detailing packages are set to provide a high quality clean in a good time frame. We can detail RV's and Boats at your location, parking lot, or camp site with our mobile rig (Spring thru Fall).

If your Boat/RV has oxidation, we also provide services to restore your faded finish. Please see "Shine" RV & Boat Paint Correction for more information.

If the exterior surfaces are oxidized or fading, the best way to restore the shine is to provide heavy compounding. Depending on the upkeep of the RV, this process may take more than 1 step to achieve desired results.

Ceramic Coated Vehicles

Having a Ceramic Coated vehicle means we need to provide a specific use of wash mitts (not used on other vehicles) and foam the vehicle during our wash process.

Terms and Conditions

The terms and conditions set forth herein reflect Mid Michigan Auto Spa's policy with respect to each of its customers. All customers of Mid Michigan Auto Spa agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth below.

Our philosophy is to offer a stress-free detailing experience for our customers by offering convenient mobile services. This allows the customer great flexibility to have their car professionally serviced at their location (work, home, or while shopping).

Your vehicle and performing proper detailing techniques is our first priority. We will not perform any service that shows potential to cause harm or damage your vehicle. Prior to Mid Michigan Auto Spa performing services on your vehicle, you (the owner) will advise us of any cosmetic or mechanical issues that would prevent us from completing the detail. These may include low battery, trunk permanently shut, windows do not roll down, etc.

If your vehicle poses a potential threat to our health and/or safety, please let us know. If there is the threat of any harmful substances (needles, drugs, gasoline, etc.) in the vehicle, please let us know prior to your service.

Property Damage

Each customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Mid Michigan Auto Spa, its owners, employees and affiliates from any damage, loss, expense, cost, claim and liability (including attorney and legal fees) arising out of Mid Michigan Auto Spa's service, including without limitation, any accidental property damage not relating to the services performed. I acknowledge that the unique nature of Mid Michigan Auto Spa's business may expose me to greater property damage risk, and I hereby assume such risk.

Mid Michigan Auto Spa will not re-install car seats after a service due to liability risk of the safety of any child placed in the seat. Please connect any car seats prior to placing a child in them.

We will not remove or install custom equipment from your vehicle unless mutually agreed upon by the owner. This includes, but is not limited to, seat covers, subwoofers, light bars, pet protectors, and bumper stickers.

An appointment is defined as one (1) scheduled car. Bookings with multiple cars will be subject to multiple cancellation fees (i.e. A $500 booking with 5 appointments at $100 each canceled after the approved timeframe can be subject to a $250 cancellation fee).

If you wish to change your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, you will have the following 3 options:

  • Reschedule your appointment at no additional cost to you. Though you will be charged for your appointment at the time of rescheduling, you may pick another day and time for Good Looks Auto Detailing to perform the detail.
  • Cancel your appointment with a cancellation charge. The hold will be released on your card and you will be charged the cancellation fee on the same card for canceling within 24 hours. This option is valid up to six (6) hours before your scheduled appointment. Cancellations with less than six (6) hours notice are only given options 1 or 3. An appointment is not considered cancelled until the customer has confirmed the cancellation with Good Looks Auto Detailing representative.
  • Convert your scheduled appointment to a gift card. If circumstances have changed (i.e. you sold your car and no longer have it), you may convert the full amount of your scheduled appointment to a gift card for later personal use or to give as a gift.

Mid Michigan Auto Spa reserves the right to withdrawl this option for fleet vehicle/business vehicle bookings.

There are NO GUARANTEES of bringing your vehicle back to a specific condition (i.e. Show Room New).

Damage/Accidents

Reimbursement will not be paid for any minor cosmetic damage as a result of detailing your vehicle. Reimbursement will be paid for any major damage caused to your vehicle as a result of our gross negligence or willful misconduct. Mid Michigan Auto Spa will approve the body shop and/or vendors before issuing any reimbursement.

If something arises after the detail that was not noticed during the final walk around, you must contact us within 24 hours and, if needed, schedule a touch-up detail within 5 days.

Each customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Mid Michigan Auto Spa, its owners, employees and affiliates from and against any and all liabilities, expenses, damages, and costs, including attorney and legal fees, resulting from any service provided or injury after our services have been completed.

Appointments

We will arrive as close to the scheduled appointment time as possible. However, sometimes certain situations can occur that will disrupt the daily schedule. Our safety will never be compromised by rushing to meet a schedule. You will be texted and advised of an arrival time when schedules change beyond our control.

Additional upcharges may be applied to attempt removal of heavy stains, excessive pet hair, excessive debris removal. Not all salt or stains may be removed if embedded far into the carpets if vehicle has not been detailed regularly.

Weather

If your mobile appointment is interrupted due to inclement weather (rain, snow, storms) we can pause up to 30 minutes. If consistent rain keeps delaying our schedule, we may have to reschedule your appointment for the next available day. We mobile services on days where temperatures are above 45 degrees.

Pricing listed below for each vehicle by size, package, and condition. Every detailing has a Job Timer logged with the appointment. Any compartments that are full will not be emptied for all Maintenance services.

Deposits

Our schedule can get very busy with a waitlist of customers wanting to get in for a detailing, especially in the spring & fall seasons. We require a deposit for any detailing service to secure your spot in our calandar. We require a minimum 48 hours notice to change or cancel an appointment. Your deposit will go towards the final payment of the service. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Your detailing appointments are very important to us. We realize that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. 

First Cancellation or Reschedule: Customers can reschedule their appointment giving 48 hours notice of the original appointment. Must be rescheduled within 14 days to retain deposit. If "No Call, No Show", the deposit is forfeited.

Payments

We accept cash, check (made out to "Good Looks Auto Detailing") and credit cards. Deposits will be applied and remaining payment is due at the completion of the detail with any upcharges. If payment was made online, your card will ONLY be charged after completion of the detail, and a reciept with be automatically sent to the email on file.

There may be an additional charge for Non Sufficient Funds, Late Fee of $25 per month each 30 days past due.

Photographs and Video

We have your permission to take pictures or video of your vehicle for marketing purposes. These will never be sold, named publically, or given to third parties. These "Before and After" pictures help showcase our quality and commitment to excellent customer service to help us grow.

Mid Michigan Auto Spa collects information such as your phone number or email in order to contact you regarding estimates, invoices, bookings and other business communications and promotions at various frequencies depending on your appointments, invoices etc. By submitting your information you are agreeing to receive messages from Mid Michigan Auto Spa on various intervals depending on your appointments schedules and followup reminders and that data rates may apply.
