How it works:

Once your appointment is set, you will receive an email conformation. We will also send a "touching base" email to confirm your appointment 48 hours, and 6 hours before your appointment (in case of any last minute changes). If you select a mobile service, our van is fully equipped with power, water & all equipment. You don't need to be present to have your vehicle detailed, just leave the vehicle unlocked, and we will notify you when your vehicle is completed.

*When providing an email address, we will send you our "Tracker Link". Similar to the Domino's Pizza Tracker, this will provide live updates in the status of your detailing! 

Weather

If your mobile appointment is interrupted due to inclement weather (rain, snow, storms) we can pause up to 30 minutes. If consistent rain keeps delaying our schedule, we may have to reschedule your appointment for the next available day. We mobile services on days where temperatures are above 45 degrees.

Pricing listed below for each vehicle by size, package, and condition. Every detailing has a Job Timer logged with the appointment. Any compartments that are full will not be emptied for all Maintenance services.

  • A "Leased Vehicle" that will need to be turned in at the end of it's lease, preventing stains, interior wear & tear, and permanent damage from the environment like road tar, tree sap & clear coat discoloration.
  • Any vehicle that needs regular sanitation/health requirements for transporting people/clients.
  •  Families with children and/or dogs to prevent excessive wear & tear (melted candy stains, copious amounts of dog hair, spilled & spoiled food forming mold).

The “Glass screen protector” for your paint!

A Ceramic Coating is an additional clear coar layer, only much harder. Modern clear coat paint has a hardness of 2-3 on the Moh's scale (same as your fingernail). A ceramic coating (once fully cured) increases that hardness similar to the glass screen on your cell phone.

Another way to look at what a ceramic coating is, and what it does:

The easily replaceable glass screen protector (ceramic coating) for your paint (car) keeps the expensive main screen (clear coat paint) protected. The glass shield for your screen (ceramic coating) can be removed (light polishing) and reapplied over and over, leaving the screen (clear coat paint) at factory thickness & condition, protecting the color from fade & oxidation. 

Our 9H ceramic coating contains nanoparticles of 65% TiO2 (Titanium Dioxide), suspended in a solvent “carrier”. When applied to the surface, the solvent evaporates, leaving the nanoparticles to fill the microscopic pores of your clear coat. Adding additional layers once cured (similar to paint) increases the durability of the coating as more of the nanoparticles covalently bond to the surface, creating a new 9H permanent substrate & extra smooth surface.

The terms and conditions set forth herein reflect Good Looks Auto Detailing's policy with respect to each of its customers. All customers of Good Looks Auto Detailing agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth below.

Our philosophy is to offer a stress-free detailing experience for our customers by offering convenient mobile services. This allows the customer great flexibility to have their car professionally serviced at their location (work, home, or while shopping).

Your vehicle and performing proper detailing techniques is our first priority. We will not perform any service that shows potential to cause harm or damage your vehicle. Prior to Good Looks Auto Detailing performing services on your vehicle, you, the owner, will advise us of any cosmetic or mechanical issues that would prevent us from completing the detail. These may include low battery, trunk permanently shut, windows do not roll down, etc.

If your vehicle poses a potential threat to our health and/or safety, please let us know. If there is the threat of any harmful substances (needles, drugs, gasoline, etc.) in the vehicle, you must let your detail technician know prior to your detail. You will be held responsible for any health and/or safety issues arising from your vehicle.

Property Damage

Each customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Good Looks Auto Detailing, its owners, employees and affiliates from any damage, loss, expense, cost, claim and liability (including attorney and legal fees) arising out of Good Looks Auto Detailing services, including without limitation, any accidental property damage not relating to the services performed. I acknowledge that the unique nature of Good Looks Auto Detailing's business may expose me to greater property damage risk, and I hereby assume such risk.

Good Looks Auto Detailing will not install car seats in your vehicle.

We will not remove or install custom equipment from your vehicle unless agreed upon by the owner. This includes, but is not limited to, seat covers, subwoofers, light bars, pet protectors, and bumper stickers.

An appointment is defined as one (1) scheduled car. Bookings with multiple cars will be subject to multiple cancellation fees (i.e. A $500 booking with 5 appointments at $100 each canceled after the approved timeframe can be subject to a $250 cancellation fee).

If you wish to change your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, you will have the following 3 options:

  • Reschedule your appointment at no additional cost to you. Though you will be charged for your appointment at the time of rescheduling, you may pick another day and time for Good Looks Auto Detailing to perform the detail.
  • Cancel your appointment with a cancellation charge. The hold will be released on your card and you will be charged the cancellation fee on the same card for canceling within 24 hours. This option is valid up to six (6) hours before your scheduled appointment. Cancellations with less than six (6) hours notice are only given options 1 or 3. An appointment is not considered cancelled until the customer has confirmed the cancellation with Good Looks Auto Detailing representative.
  • Convert your scheduled appointment to a gift card. If circumstances have changed (i.e. you sold your car and no longer have it), you may convert the full amount of your scheduled appointment to a gift card for later personal use or to give as a gift.

Good Looks Auto Detailing reserves the right to withdrawl this option for fleet vehicle/business vehicle bookings.

There are NO GUARANTEES of bringing your vehicle back to a specific condition (i.e. Show Room New).

Damage/Accidents

Reimbursement will not be paid for any minor cosmetic damage as a result of detailing your vehicle. Reimbursement will be paid for any major damage caused to your vehicle as a result of our gross negligence or willful misconduct. Good Looks Auto Detailing will approve the body shop and/or vendors before issuing any reimbursement.

If something arises after the detail that was not noticed during the final walk around, you must contact us within 24 hours and, if needed, schedule a touch-up detail within 5 days.

Each customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Good Looks Auto Detailing, its owners, employees and affiliates from and against any and all liabilities, expenses, damages, and costs, including attorney and legal fees, resulting from any service provided or injury after our services have been completed.

I think my car is cleaner now than when I first got it. Setting up my appointment was really easy, and I loved the progress tracker that I could look at. Pulled my boat out of its slip for the season and Darron had me in on one days notice. He not only cleaned all the accumulated dirt and grime from the hull including a wax but gave the entire cabin a detailed cleaning. Seats, storage compartments, canvas everywhere. Topped it off with including the trailer and wheels. The detail was way beyond my expectations. The cost was very reasonable. All my vehicles will be going there.

Appointments

Mobile Service: We will arrive as close to the scheduled appointment time as possible. However, sometimes situations can occur that will disrupt the daily schedule. Our safety will never be compromised by rushing to meet a schedule. You will be called or texted and advised of an arrival time when schedules change beyond our control.

Additional upcharges may be applied to attempt removal of heavy stains, excessive pet hair, excessive debris removal. Not all salt or stains may be removed if embedded far into the carpets if vehicle has not been detailed regularly.

Deposits

Our schedule can get very busy with a waitlist of customers wanting to get in for a detailing, especially in the spring & fall seasons. We require a deposit for any detailing service to secure your spot in our calandar. We require a minimum 48 hours notice to change or cancel an appointment. Your deposit will go towards the final payment of the service. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Your detailing appointments are very important to us. We realize that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. 

First Cancellation or Reschedule: Customers can reschedule their appointment giving 48 hours notice of the original appointment. Must be rescheduled within 14 days to retain deposit. If "No Call, No Show", the deposit is forfeited.

Payment

We accept cash, checks (made out to "Good Looks Auto Detailing") and credit cards (3.5% charge with in shop, 0% if using card for deposit). Deposit will be applied and remaining payment is due at the completion of the detail and upcharges. If payment was made online, your card will ONLY be charged after completion of the detail, and a reciept with be automatically sent to the email on file.

There may be an additional charge for Non Sufficient Funds, Late Fee of $25 per month each 30 days past due.

Photographs and Video

We have your permission to take pictures or video of your vehicle for marketing purposes. These will never be sold, named publically, or given to third parties. These "Before and After" pictures help showcase our quality and commitment to excellent customer service to help us grow.
