  • Window Tint Disclaimer: Any additional tint applied to factory glass should be considered illegal. Please be aware of your local regulations.

  • Risk Acknowledgment: We do not manufacture your vehicle. Some vehicles are more sensitive to water than others. While precautions are taken, we are not responsible for any damage to computers, interiors, or exteriors caused during the window tint process. Please consider this before booking.

  • Agreement to Terms: By submitting an appointment, you agree to these terms and acknowledge that pricing is valid only if the correct packages and options are selected. Add-ons affect pricing—please review carefully. If adjustments are required due to incorrect selections, we will notify you. At that time, you may choose to continue or request a refund.

  • Appointment Approval: All appointments are subject to availability and must be approved. If you do not receive a confirmation message, please contact us at (845) 444-3840.

Window tint removal. We charge $50 per door incuding small glass pieces on the door.  Little Quarter windows are $25 for removal. Front Windshields and Rear Windshields are $100 per hour minimum of $100 per windshield.

We charge $50 per door for window tint removal. $100 for rear and front windshield. During the removal process it is possible for front or rear defrosters to get damaged including any electronics. We are not responsible for any damage caused by the window tint removal process.

Terms and Conditions

The terms and conditions set forth herein reflect KOD Enterprises Inc's policy with respect to each of its customers. All customers of KOD Enterprises Inc agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth below.

Property Damage

Each customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless KOD Enterprises Inc, its owners, employees and affiliates from any damage, loss, expense, cost, claim and liability (including attorney and legal fees) arising out of KOD Enterprises Inc services, including without limitation, any accidental property damage not relating to the services performed. I acknowledge that the unique nature of KOD Enterprises Inc's business may expose me to greater property damage risk, and I hereby assume such risk.

KOD Enterprises Inc will neither install nor remove any car seats or custom equipment from your vehicle unless deemed absolutely necessary and your approval and acceptance of these terms grants permission to do so.

We will neither remove nor install car seats from your vehicle. If you would like your car seat cleaned underneath, please have it removed prior to your appointment.

We will neither remove nor install custom equipment from your vehicle. This includes, but is not limited to, seat covers, subwoofers, light bars, pet protectors, and bumper stickers. If you would like these things cleaned underneath, please have them removed prior to your appointment.

Appointments may be rescheduled at our discrection and are not guranteed. Please commit to the date and time you selected.

Payment

We accept cash and credit cards. Payment is due at the completion of the service. If payment was made online, your card will not be charged until after completion unless a deposit is required. All pricing is assuming a 4% cash discount. Credit card payments will lose the 4% discount and an additional 4% will be charged to the price.

There may be an additional charge for Non Sufficient Funds or Returned Payments

Photographs and Video

We have your permission to take pictures or video of your vehicle for marketing purposes. These will never be sold or given to third parties.

Damage/Accidents

Reimbursement will not be paid for any minor cosmetic damage as a result of servicing your vehicle. Reimbursement will be paid for any major damage caused to your vehicle as a result of our gross negligence or willful misconduct. KOD Enterprises Inc will approve the body shop and/or vendors before issuing any reimbursement.

If something arises after the service that was not noticed during the final walk around, you must contact us within 24 hours and, if needed, schedule a service with us within 5 days.

Each customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless KOD Enterprises Inc, its owners, employees and affiliates from and against any and all liabilities, expenses, damages, and costs, including attorney and legal fees, resulting from any service provided or injury after our services have been completed.
