CCWRAPS Terms & Conditions
It is the responsibility of you, the customer, to carefully read, understand, and agree to this document in its entirety. You should also review the material manufacturer’s website for full product details, including durability and warranty information, prior to contracting CCWRAPS for any work. CCWRAPS is not liable for any defects or issues related to the material itself or its long-term durability.
All vehicles and/or parts must be delivered to our facility thoroughly washed, clean, and free of grease, oil, Plasti-Dip, and—unless otherwise specified—any decals or existing graphics. If a vehicle or part does not meet this standard, a cleaning fee may be applied. Any pre-existing dents, scratches, rock chips, paint imperfections, or missing/broken parts will be photographed and documented before work begins.
CCWRAPS exclusively uses premium vinyl adhesives manufactured for vehicle wraps. These products are designed to be removable under normal conditions without damaging factory paint. However, CCWRAPS cannot guarantee that removal will not cause damage, even on new factory finishes. Application on older paint (over five years), repainted surfaces, failing clear coat, aftermarket paint, or bodywork is not recommended and may result in adhesion failure or lifting. Please note: in our experience, quality factory paintwork under five years old typically allows safe removal of vinyl without surface damage. Ultimately, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the vehicle surface is suitable for wrapping.
While CCWRAPS takes great care to deliver high-quality results, vinyl wrap installation is not the same as factory paint. Minor imperfections such as small wrinkles, bubbles, slight lifting, or contaminants under the film can occur and should be expected—similar to aftermarket paint or any hand-applied finish.
CCWRAPS provides a one-year installation guarantee beginning on the date of completion, provided all required criteria are met. If specific conditions are not satisfied, they will be documented, and the guarantee may be void. No warranty or guarantee is offered on vehicles with paint older than five years, aftermarket paint or clear coat, failing paint/clear coat, sanded surfaces, primer, unpainted plastics, boats, wheels, or brake calipers.
CCWRAPS is not responsible for vehicle downtime, delays, or loss of revenue resulting from work in progress. While rare, delays may occur due to illness, material or equipment shipping issues, or extreme weather conditions. Per manufacturer requirements, vinyl must be installed in controlled temperatures close to 75°F. CCWRAPS maintains a climate-controlled installation bay to minimize weather-related delays, but extreme conditions may still impact scheduling.
CCWRAPS reserves the right to photograph vehicles and use images for social media, advertising, and print. All creative design, including logos, trademarks, slogans, and related artwork, remains the sole property of CCWRAPS and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without express written consent.
A non-refundable deposit is required with order confirmation to secure scheduling, materials, and installation. The remaining balance must be paid in full prior to vehicle and/or parts collection. Quotes are valid for 30 days.
