I had this company do full matte PPF/Ceramic Tints, and Ceramic Coating on my Toyota GR Supra 45Th Anniversary Edition on June 24, 2025. Richard Bowen (Owner)and I agreed on a two week turn around, however it took over 30 days with no updates from him, only excuses. I had to constantly ask what's going on with my vehicle and kept getting the same answer of u201cIt will be ready tomorrowu201d or u201cYour car is so dirtyu201d. On top of that they lost my original key on drop off day and while the car was parked outside which didn't raised any security concern to them. 3 weeks later they finally started on my vehicle. Without letting me know they removed my 45Th Anniversary side decal without notifying me. This decal is only made for this specific car and year since it is a special edition. When I received my car back a month later, it had numerous areas that are required attention and that you can see it from a distance. I was advised to wait another 3 weeks for fixings etc. Fast forward 4 weeks l, I still have not received a replacement key, decal or follow up for them to fix the discrepancies. Same as before I asked numerous times and they are saying the same answer every time if they even reply back.nnOn September 3, 2025 Richard Bowen notified me that he made contact with Molle Toyota on u201corderingu201d the replacement key and it will be ready in two weeks.nnTwo weeks later, I called Molle Toyota Parts to see what's going on and guess what? No impact, No Idea, no information if it has been ordered or what not. I've provided my information, Vin #, mine and the shops phone number and still nothing. At this point I've had enough, I have never been treated like this, a cash paying customer and Marine Veteran.nnSTAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY for any detailing services, there are a lot better shops in the Metro-Kansas City area, go somewhere else. I received a mediocre service, horrible customer service and the fact that they won't do anything to fix their mistakes is mind boggling.

Update - Sept 25, 2025nnRichard was able to recoat the truck and verify everything looks ok. I just returned from a follow up wash to double check everything. I am please Richard was able to help get this resolved. I appreciate his time and effort in restoring the ceramic coating. I have changed this review to 5 stars. Thank you again Richard for getting this fixed. The last photo is the truck with a new coating.n-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------nThe 3 year Revivify ceramic coating I had applied only lasted 1 year. The coating failed on the roof and hood. Very little of the coating exist on the sides. I notified KC Detailing of the issue earlier this year. They told me they would contact the manufacture of Revivify and get back to me on a fix. That was months ago. Every time I called to follow up they said they are still waiting to hear from the manufacture. I followed up many times with promises by KC Detailing they would call me right back. Well they never called. Use this company at your own risk. This coating cost me thousands and lasted less time than a Turtle Wax spray and seal. Here are some photos of my hood with water. There is no beading or sheeting. They have my number if they ever want to make this right.

We had a great experience getting ceramic and interior detailing by KC Detailing. They went over the whole car looking for any flaws that could be corrected and proceeded as needed. The inside looked pristine, as if it was just driven off the lot. I would recommend this company to anyone that wants their car detailed inside and out, Richard and the team did a great job! KC Detailing is the best! Richard, the owner, always takes care of my cars and really goes above and beyond. He fit me into the schedule on short notice before a road trip and handled a big jobu2014PPF on the front end and key scratch zones, paint correction, window tint, and ceramic coating. The car looks incredible, the finish is like glass, and after a little rain today the water beads up beautifully on every surface. Super quality-focused team, and I'd trust them with any vehicle.

We took a high end car to KC to have some PPF done on after a collision. Richard and his team did an excellent job on the application and communication thru the process. We highly recommend KC detailing.

The car was taken in to remove the front PPF film that was installed when the car was new in 2014. Richard and his team did a fantastic job removing and replacing the PPF film. I was kept up to date on progress and completion. Richard and his team were very polite and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend.
