The terms and conditions set forth herein reflect Show Shine Solutions LLC's policy with respect to each of its customers. All customers of Show Shine Solutions LLC agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth below.
Our philosophy is to offer a stress-free detailing experience for our customers.
Your vehicle and performing proper detailing techniques is our first priority. We will not perform any service that shows potential to cause harm or damage your vehicle. Prior to Show Shine Solutions LLC performing services on your vehicle, you, the owner, will advise us of any cosmetic or mechanical issues that would prevent us from completing the detail.
These may include low battery, trunk permanently shut, windows do not roll down, etc…
If your vehicle poses a potential threat to our health and/or safety, please let us know. If there is the threat of any harmful substances (needles, drugs, gasoline, etc.) in the vehicle, you must let your detail technician know prior to your detail. You will be held responsible for any health and/or safety issues arising from your vehicle.
If your vehicle cannot be detailed once we arrive, you will not be charged and your appointment will be rescheduled once the issue or issues are remedied
Show Shine Solutions LLC reserves the right to refuse service.
Appointments
You will arrive 30 minutes before or as close to the scheduled appointment time as possible. However, sometimes situations can occur that will disrupt the daily schedule. We will do our best to fit you in based on the circumstances as long as we are informed but make no guarantee we will not have to reschedule. It is your responsibility to show up on time.
All appointments will require a 20% booking fee in order to book the appointment
Cancellation or rescheduling of an appointment will require 72 hours notice prior to the appointment time in order to receive a full refund of your booking fee
Failure to provide 72 hours notice of cancellation or rescheduling will result in loss of initial booking fee
A No Call No Show will result in loss of initial booking fee and possible refusal of future service requests.
Show Shine Solutions LLC reserves the right to cancel, modify or reschedule appointments based on available staff, weather conditions and/or equipment failures without penalty
Show Shine Solutions LLC reserves the right to refuse service without penalty to anyone who verbally or physically abuses, threatens, is a repeat No Call No Show, or is disrespectful in anyway towards the owners or any of it’s team members
If you would like to add services to your appointment, you must contact us at least 3 days prior to your appointment with your request. We reserve the right, without penalty to deny any and all add on service requests. We reserve the right to deny any and all requests for add on services made on the day of the appointment or at time of drop off without penalty. Should we deny your request, we will offer to reschedule the appointment for another day with a time slot that allows for the all requested services to be completed or book an appointment on a later date for the additional stand-alone service(s).
You the vehicle owner are responsible for removing all personal items and trash from your vehicle before drop off. Failure to remove trash and personal items from the vehicle will result in a $30 fee unless removal was agreed to at time of booking.
Failure to have the vehicle and keys on-site at our location on time will could result in cancellation of the appointment by Show Shine Solutions LLC and possible loss of initial deposit – Drop off should be the night before or within 30 minutes of the appointment start time as stated above.
Pricing varies for each vehicle and is determined by size, package, and condition.
Show Shine Solutions LLC reserves the right to deny or refuse any request made at the time of drop off that may be unreasonable, interfere with other appointments or deadlines, pose a danger to team members, or cause disruption to day to day operations without penalty.
Additional charges apply for heavy stains, excessive pet hair, excessive debris removal, personal item removal and steam cleaning (if required) due to the additional time it takes.
Property Damage
Each customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Show Shine Solutions LLC, its owners, employees and affiliates from any damage, loss, expense, cost, claim and liability (including attorney and legal fees) arising out of Show Shine Solutions LLC services, including without limitation, any accidental property damage not relating to the services performed. I acknowledge that the unique nature of Show Shine Solutions LLC's business may expose me to greater property damage risk, and I hereby assume such risk.
Show Shine Solutions LLC will neither install nor remove any car seats or custom equipment from your vehicle unless deemed absolutely necessary and your approval and acceptance of these terms grants permission to do so.
We will neither remove nor install car seats from your vehicle. If you would like your car seat cleaned underneath, please have it removed prior to your appointment.
We will neither remove nor install custom equipment from your vehicle. This includes, but is not limited to, seat covers, subwoofers, light bars, pet protectors, and bumper stickers. If you would like these things cleaned underneath, please have them removed prior to your appointment
Show Shine Solutions LLC reserves the right to not perform paint correction on surfaces that are questionable, damaged or where the clear coat is found to be out of range for safe paint correction to be performed.
If your vehicle is equipped with gloss black wheels, Show Shine Solutions LLC will not be held responsible for any previous damage, wash lines, marring, swirl marks or any other type of marking found on the wheel. Gloss black wheels scratch very easily and most are already scratched, swirled or show fine wash lines prior to service. Dirt and brake dust can hide or mask these flaws. You agree to not hold Show Shine Solutions LLC responsible for these previous damages.
It can sometimes be difficult to find all flaws within a vehicle’s interior during initial inspection. Some vehicles can have parts that are worn, broken, scuffed, cracked, scratched, chipped, gouged, torn, burnt, faded, have chemical damage or become dislodged that are only found during the cleaning process. If we find these items during service, we will make you aware of them, photograph them and upload them to an approval form through our software. The approval form will be sent to you and you must review and sign the form in order to proceed with service. If the form is not signed, service will be discontinued. You agree not to hold Show Shine Solutions LLC or it’s team members responsible for these previous damages.
During initial exterior surface inspection, dirt and dust can mask swirl marks, scratches, chips and other paint flaws or flaws in trim and accessories. Once the vehicle is thoroughly cleaned, these flaws can become more visible. We will make you aware of them, photograph them and upload them to an approval form in our software. You must review and sign the form in order to proceed with service. Show Shine Solutions LLC and it’s team members will not be held responsible for any previous damages. Show Shine Solutions LLC and it’s team members will not be expected to fix pre-existing paint flaws, flaws in trim, accessories or any other item unless it’s included in the service or agreed to prior to the start of service.
There are NO GUARANTEES of bringing your vehicle back to a specific condition (i.e. Show Room New).
Once a vehicle leaves our lot we are not responsible for any damages they may occur or any damages found after leaving the property. It is your responsibility to thoroughly inspect the vehicle prior to leaving the property for any damages
Payment
We accept casha checks and credit cards. Payment is due at the completion of the detail. If payment was made online, your card will not be charged until after completion unless a deposit is required.
There may be an additional charge for Non Sufficient Funds or Returned Payments
Photographs and Video
We have your permission to take pictures or video of your vehicle for marketing purposes. These will never be sold or given to third parties.
Damage/Accidents
Reimbursement will not be paid for any minor cosmetic damage as a result of detailing your vehicle. Reimbursement will be paid for any major damage caused to your vehicle as a result of our gross negligence or willful misconduct. Show Shine Solutions LLC will approve the body shop and/or vendors before issuing any reimbursement.
Ceramic Coatings DO NOT prevent scratches. They can add a little scratch resistance to light wash marks but WILL NOT prevent scratches. If you choose to maintain your own vehicle’s paint after a coating is applied, you are responsible for following the manufacturer’s suggested maintenance and wash methods. Show Shine Solutions LLC will not be held responsible or suffer any penalty for your failure to follow the manufacturer’s suggested wash methods and maintenance that results in swirling or scratching of the paint. You will be responsible for repair or replacement of coating on affected panels.
If a dealership or another detailer washes your coated vehicle, they are responsible for the damage to the coating should any occur. Show Shine Solutions LLC will not be held responsible or suffer any penalty for damage caused by a dealership or another detailers negligence. Anyone who is not eperienced with coatings and proper maintenance of coatings should never be allowed to perform service on it.
If something arises after the detail that was not noticed during the final walk around, you must contact us within 24 hours and, if needed, schedule a touch-up detail within 5 days.
Each customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Show Shine Solutions LLC, its owners, employees and affiliates from and against any and all liabilities, expenses, damages, and costs, including attorney and legal fees, resulting from any service provided or injury after our services have been completed.
Show Shine Solutions does not allow the use of dashcams or other video or audio recording equipment inside of our building without permission from the owner. This is private property and the owners, employees and other customers have an espectation of privacy. No one is to photograph or video record any vehicles other than their own without the consent of the business owner.
Tesla owners are required to disable all remote camera access and turn off all sentry services before the vehicle is brought into a service bay. Any Tesla vehicle with active remote camera access enabled will be refused service. This is private property and recording employees, other vehicles and customers without their knowledge and consent is not allowed.
