Scheduling an apointment was very easy online and the communication via txt msg was so prompt and convenient. The vehicle pick up service is convenient (although I did not use it) and the vehicle drop off was very convenient. My car looked like it was brand new and the attention to detail was very articulate. Nothing was missed. Their customer service was absolutely top-notch and the price and time it took to complete the work was very reasonable. I appreciate the recommendations on how often my vehicle should be detailed. I would highly recommend Diamond Auto Detailing for any vehicle detailing needs.

I've had my car detailed by many different companies and this was by far my best experience. They offer a no hassle (free even!) car pick up and drop off. I bought their most extensive package and I still had my car back five hours later. I take my dogs hiking almost daily which means the car was loaded with dog hair, dirt, and lord only knows what else. The interior looks immaculate as does the exterior. I will be using them regularly.nn2025 Edit: it varies between annual and 2x yearly clean. Ended up being my annual clean today. Just like always, the car got picked up at 9 this morning, dropped back off around 4 this afternoon. I cannot begin to describe how dirty the car gets. I take my dogs out to the country daily, usually multiple times a day. There is so much dirt and dog hair that accumulates. Without fail it's returned to me looking dealership new. They are magicians. The fact that they'll pick up and drop off the car is so nice. It's so great not having to worry about dropping it off and then getting a ride at the end of the day to pick it up.
