  • Surface Decontamination: Thorough wash and chemical decontamination to remove dirt, tar, and residues.
  • Measurement & Preparation: Accurate measurement of panels and alignment for optimal film coverage.
  • Cutting / Plotting: Precision-cut patterns using plotter or hand-cut methods to fit specific panels.
  • Film Installation: Careful application of PPF to ensure a clean, bubble-free, and seamless finish.
  • Post-Heating & Inspection: Heat-set film edges and inspect all surfaces for proper adhesion and finish.
