A 25% deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied to the balance of your service. If a deposit is not received, your scheduled appointment may be cancelled. Deposits are not required for membership appointments; however, our cancellation policy still applies. Please refer to the membership terms and conditions for more information.

We require 48 hours notice for any cancellation or to reschedule your appointment.

By accepting these terms and conditions, you acknowledge that the services selected will be services received. You may add on services on the day of your appointment if time permits. If the vehicle size you selected is incorrect, KQD will adjust this prior to your appointment. All times given are estimates and will be based on the actual condition of your vehicle.
