Secure appointment with a $ deposit

To secure your appointment, a $50 non-refundable deposit is required and will be credited toward your service total.

We allow one (1) reschedule per appointment, as long as we are notified at least 48 hours in advance and a new date is selected at the time of the request. The new appointment must be scheduled within 30 days.

Deposits are not refunded for cancellations. Failure to provide 48-hour notice or to reschedule within 30 days will result in the deposit being forfeited.

The Bubble Boys Inc. is not responsible for any of the following: lost or damaged items left in the vehicle; mechanical or electrical failures; moldings, mirrors, antennas, etc., that may loosen while cleaning; additional keys and/or keychains other than the car key/remote needed to move your car; scratches, swirl marks, or dents attributed to our working on your vehicle; or windshield cracks that may spread when existing damage is already present. Nor are we responsible for any unforeseen situation in which we have not been clearly negligent.

🚨🚨Remediation Policy:

All vehicles are assessed upon arrival. If your vehicle is found to require a remediation detail — which includes heavily soiled interiors, biohazard material, or mold — an additional upcharge will apply. We will always inform you prior to starting the service if this applies. We reserve the right to adjust pricing, service level, or reschedule if vehicle condition differs from the package selected. 

Heavily soiled and restoration vehicles may contain pre-existing damage, weakened coatings, or hidden surface failures that may become visible during the cleaning process. The Bubble Boys is not responsible for pre-existing damage revealed during restoration procedures.

📦 Note: Please remove all personal belongings — including car seats (if applicable) — from the vehicle prior to service. This allows our team to thoroughly clean and reach all areas.
