While we exercise the utmost care and professional techniques during tint removal, please be aware of the following: Existing Damage: We are not responsible for any pre-existing damage to the window, defroster lines, or tint that may become apparent or worsen during the removal process. Adhesive Residue: While we strive for complete removal, some stubborn adhesive residue may remain, particularly on older or poorly applied tints. Additional cleaning may be required at an extra charge if extensive residue persists. Defroster Lines: Although rare, there is a minimal risk of damage to defroster lines during removal, especially if the tint has been on for an extended period or was improperly installed. By proceeding with tint removal, you acknowledge this inherent risk. Tint Condition: The ease and outcome of tint removal are highly dependent on the age, quality, and condition of the existing film.

Important Rescheduling Policy:
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. If you need to reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hours' notice, an additional 25% rescheduling fee will be applied to your service total. We kindly request as much advance notice as possible to accommodate all our valued clients.

  • Deposits & Scheduling: A non-refundable deposit of $50 is required to secure your appointment on our calendar. This deposit is fully applied to your final invoice. We kindly request at least 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling to avoid forfeiting your deposit.

  • Vehicle Condition & Pricing: Our online packages provide an estimated cost. If upon arrival your vehicle requires specialized attention (such as excessive pet hair, heavy biological soil, or severe paint contamination), we will clearly communicate any necessary adjustments to the price before beginning work.

  • Preparation: To ensure our team can safely and thoroughly detail your cabin, please remove all personal belongings, valuables, and child car seats prior to your appointment.

By submitting this booking, you acknowledge these guidelines. A comprehensive service agreement will be sent for your electronic signature once your appointment is reviewed and confirmed.

Simply stated Chad and his team delivered results that were way better than we ever expected! Results were so good I am scheduling my Ram in for ceramic detailing! Very friendly and professional from start to finish. The car we took in was quite bad, with 2 boys and a dog destroying it daily. Honestly couldn't be more happy with the way it looks, like we just pulled it off the lot. Would definitely recommend.

I had four lattes spill in my passenger seat and Chad was absolutely amazing with detailing my car and making sure I wasnt left with any issues. They were quick to get me in and even asked a lot of questions about what was in the drinks that could turn into an issue. I can not recommend northern Autospa more. Amazing job done by Northern AutoSpa. Online booking was easy and text communications were quick replies and informative. Not to mention that it was a great detail job! My Honda is spotless and they even were able to get crumbs out of crevices that I've never been able to clean. A little pricey, but worth every penny! They now have another repeat customer and I plan on referring my friends and family.
