The terms and conditions set forth herein reflect Shine Again Auto Detailing's policy with respect to each of its customers. All customers of Shine Again Auto Detailing agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth below.
Our philosophy is to offer a stress-free detailing experience for our customers.
Your vehicle and performing proper detailing techniques is our first priority. We will not perform any service that shows potential to cause harm or damage your vehicle. Prior to Shine Again Auto Detailing performing services on your vehicle, you, the owner, will advise us of any cosmetic or mechanical issues that would prevent us from completing the detail.
These may include low battery, trunk permanently shut, windows do not roll down, etc…
If your vehicle poses a potential threat to our health and/or safety, please let us know. If there is the threat of any harmful substances (needles, drugs, gasoline, etc.) in the vehicle, you must let your detail technician know prior to your detail. You will be held responsible for any health and/or safety issues arising from your vehicle.
If your vehicle cannot be detailed once we arrive, you will still be charged the full amount of your scheduled appointment (this includes not being present once we arrive).
Shine Again Auto Detailing reserves the right to refuse service.
CANCELLATIONS
You agree to give Shine Again Auto Detailing atleast 48hr. notice of cancellations. Your deposit is non refundable for cancellation of appointment or no show. You understand that your deposit is non-refundable and that canceling your appointment you will lose all of your deposit. It's important appointments to be kept due to others who may have booked if that time was available.
PREPARING YOUR VEHICLE
Prior to your arrival, please remove all items from the vehicle. Please empty any compartments. Please remove all cash, jewelry and other valuables. If for any reason you do not want a particular area of your vehicle to be cleaned or detailed, please let us know before we begin a job. We will package any personal items we find while servicing your vehicle into plastic bags and remove them from the vehicle. We will return the items to your vehicle once were finished. You agree to not hold us responsible for damages or loss to any item left inside or outside the vehicle.
DAMAGES & LIABILITY ISSUES
Shine Again Auto Detailing provides care & quality when doing detail services, and avoiding damages are our top priority.
After the vehicle leaves our care we can no longer be held responsible for any found damages.
PHOTO/VIDEO
Shine Again Auto Detailing holds the rights to use any pictures or videos taken for promotional purpose as long as there is nothing linking your identity to them (tag, name tag, or anything that has personal info on it).
