Secure appointment with a $ deposit

A 15% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. Deposits reserve dedicated shop time and scheduling availabilities.

Deposits are applied toward your final service total but are non-refundable if the appointment is canceled, missed, or changed. Furthermore, the deposit is calculated based on the total value of the services originally booked. If you choose to lower or downgrade your services, the original deposit amount remains fully non-refundable, cannot be discounted, and will be retained by the shop.

By booking an appointment with Shine Again Auto Detailing & Ceramic Coating, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

Appointments & Deposits

A 15% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments.
Appointments are not confirmed until the required deposit has been received.
Deposits reserve dedicated shop time and scheduling availability.
Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise approved at management discretion.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

A minimum of 72 hours notice is required for cancellation or rescheduling requests.
Cancellations will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
No-shows or missed appointments will forfeit all deposits.
Repeated cancellations or rescheduling requests may require full prepayment for future bookings.

Vehicle Condition & Pricing

Pricing is based on the information selected during booking and average vehicle condition.
Final pricing may increase if the vehicle requires additional labor due to excessive pet hair, staining, sand, mold, smoke residue, bodily fluids, excessive buildup, or other conditions beyond normal service expectations.
Any pricing adjustments will be discussed prior to service whenever possible.

Paint Correction & Surface Defect Removal

Paint correction, polishing, decontamination, and restoration services are intended to significantly improve paint appearance but cannot guarantee complete removal of all defects.
Some defects such as deep scratches, rock chips, oxidation, sap staining, tar staining, bird dropping etching, bug etching, hard water spot etching, acid rain damage, overspray, fading, and clear coat failure may be permanent or only partially correctable.
In some cases, full removal may require aggressive methods that are not in the best interest of the paint system.
Shine Again will use professional judgment to pursue the safest and most effective improvement possible.
Pre-existing paint damage, repaint issues, thin clear coat, or hidden defects may become more visible after cleaning, decontamination, or polishing.

Service Results Disclaimer

Detailing services significantly improve vehicle appearance but do not guarantee complete removal of all stains, odors, scratches, swirls, oxidation, or permanent defects.
Some conditions may require additional services or multiple visits for best results.

Personal Belongings

Please remove valuables, firearms, cash, electronics, and personal belongings before your appointment.
Shine Again is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items left inside the vehicle.

Right to Refuse or Discontinue Service

We reserve the right to refuse, reschedule, or discontinue service on any vehicle due to unsafe conditions, infestation, biohazards, excessive contamination, mechanical issues, aggressive behavior, or circumstances beyond normal detailing standards.

Timing & Delays

Estimated completion times are approximate and may vary based on vehicle condition, service add-ons, curing times, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

Satisfaction Policy

Any concerns must be brought to our attention at pickup or within 24 hours of service completion so we may review and address them appropriately.

Liability

Shine Again is not responsible for pre-existing damage, loose trim, failing paint, worn materials, aftermarket components, failing electronics, or mechanical issues that may be affected during normal cleaning or detailing processes.

Brandon's workmanship is outstanding. He is a perfectionist . I could not be happier with the outcome. This year, I had the interior detailed, which was done by his wife, who has the same high standard of professionalism . This is my third year of maintenence to my Genesis for the ceramic coating. After each job, I leave and feel like I am driving a brand new car. I am pleased that Newnan has this elite business.

Great ceramic coating experience from beginning to end. Everything that would get done to my vehicle was explained in advance. Once the job was started, I was contacted about any possible concerns and progress. Due to the weather, Brandon requested that I leave the vehicle overnight in the shop to ensure proper curing before picking it up. I am confident that I will be satisfied for a long time. If any problems were to arise, I am sure Brandon will address them in a professional manner. This was my first visit to Shine Again and I am glad that I chose them to take care of my truck.
