1. Service Fees

To ensure transparency, please note the following additional fees that may apply to your service:

  • Third Row Seat Fee: $15

  • Excessive Dirt/Trash Fee: $20 - $50

  • Cancellation/Rescheduling Fee (Within 24 hours of service): $20

  • Biohazard Removal Fee: $20 - $100

2. Appointment Guidelines & Customer Responsibilities

To ensure the best results and a seamless experience, we kindly request the following:

  • Special Requests: Please inform us of any specific concerns or requests at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. This helps us better prepare to meet your needs.

  • Clear Driveway: Ensure that your driveway is clear of other vehicles, as we need sufficient space to perform the service.

  • Personal Belongings:

    • Please remove all personal items, including excess trash, car seats, suitcases, and any items from glove compartments or armrest compartments.

    • We do not handle personal belongings. If items are not removed, those areas will not be cleaned.

  • Weather-Related Rewashes: We are not responsible for weather-related issues such as rain, which may require a rewash.

  • Pre-existing Vehicle Damage: We are not liable for any pre-existing damage on your vehicle.

3. Appointment Flexibility

We aim to deliver the highest quality service, but please keep in mind:

  • Estimated Service Time: The time for detailing is an estimate. Each vehicle may require more or less time based on its condition and specific requirements.

  • Right to Alter Appointment: We reserve the right to adjust your booking in the case of weather conditions, staffing adjustments, or unexpected equipment failure.

  • Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy: If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment, a $20 fee will be applied.

  • Deposit Policy: If we do not receive a 24-hour notice of cancellation or rescheduling, the deposit may be retained. A cancellation fee will also be added to your next service.

  • Quality Guarantee: We work hard to ensure your vehicle receives the attention it deserves. If you are unsatisfied with the service, please notify us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to address your concerns.

1. Appointment Confirmation

  • Once your booking request is confirmed, you will recieve a SMS text message/email to confirm your service request.

  • Your appointment is confirmed once you receive a booking confirmation email or text from IB5 Auto Spa. Please review the appointment details for accuracy.

  • If you need to reschedule or cancel, please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment to avoid cancellation fees.

2. Service Location & Access

  • Please ensure that the service location is accessible, with enough space for our team to work efficiently.

  • The vehicle should be parked in a location that allows our staff to safely perform the detailing, including access to water and electricity if necessary.

  • If we are unable to access the vehicle or location due to inadequate space or obstructions, we may need to reschedule the appointment, and a rescheduling fee may apply.

3. Vehicle Condition

  • Our technicians will assess the vehicle upon arrival. If the condition of the vehicle differs significantly from what was described during booking (e.g., excessive dirt, pet hair, or damage), additional charges may apply.

  • We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions such as rust, damaged paint, or wear and tear on the vehicle.

  • Vehicle needs to be cleared out of personal belongings BEFORE our team arrives to ensure we are on schedule with other appointments. Fees may apply if the process of removal takes more than 10 minutes.

4. Payment

  • Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed upon.

  • We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, payment apps, and cash. Please ensure payment is made promptly to avoid any delays in the service.

  • All credit card payments are subject to a 3.5% processing fee charged by our credit card processsor (Stripe).

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • If you wish to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee of $20.

  • In case of inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances, we may need to reschedule your appointment. You will be notified as soon as possible.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

  • IB5 Auto Spa is committed to providing high-quality service. If you're unsatisfied with any aspect of the service, please inform us within 48 hours of service.

7. Liability

  • IB5 Auto Spa is not liable for any damage to the vehicle’s interior or exterior during the detailing process that occurs due to pre-existing conditions.

  • We take great care in ensuring the safety and integrity of your vehicle, but we are not responsible for any accidents, losses, or damages that occur during the service.

8. Health & Safety

  • All customers are expected to comply with local laws and regulations, including providing a safe environment for our staff to perform the detailing.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service if the environment is unsafe for our technicians.

9. Photos & Reviews

  • With your consent, IB5 Auto Spa may take before-and-after photos/videos of the vehicle for marketing purposes, social media, or promotional content. All personal information such as license plates and addresses will be blocked out.

  • We encourage customers to leave reviews or feedback on their experience with IB5 Auto Spa.

10. Privacy

  • IB5 Auto Spa respects your privacy. Any personal information collected during the booking process will only be used for service purposes and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
