The terms and conditions set forth herein reflect Take Flight Auto's policy with respect to each of its customers. All customers agree to be bound by the terms below.
Our philosophy is to offer a stress-free detailing experience for our customers.
Your vehicle and proper detailing techniques are our first priority. We will not perform any service that shows potential to cause harm or damage your vehicle.
You must advise us of any cosmetic or mechanical issues prior to service that may prevent completion. This includes but is not limited to:
• Low battery
• Trunk not opening
• Windows not functioning
If your vehicle poses a safety concern (needles, hazardous materials, etc.), you must notify us prior to service. You are responsible for any safety issues arising from your vehicle.
If we arrive and the vehicle cannot be serviced, the full appointment amount may still be charged.
Take Flight Auto reserves the right to refuse service at any time.
Appointments
We aim to arrive as close to your scheduled time as possible. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. You will be notified of any changes.
Pricing varies based on vehicle size, condition, and selected service. Additional charges may apply for:
• Heavy stains
• Pet hair
• Excessive debris
• Steam cleaning requirements
A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule.
Late cancellations may result in a cancellation fee or full charge.
Vehicle Preparation
We do not remove or reinstall:
• Car seats
• Seat covers
• Subwoofers
• Custom equipment
If you want areas underneath cleaned, please remove these items prior to your appointment.
Damage & Liability
Take Flight Auto is not responsible for pre-existing damage.
Minor cosmetic wear may occur during detailing and is not considered damage.
Major damage caused by negligence will be addressed appropriately and reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Any concerns must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.
Payment
Payment is due upon completion of service unless paid in advance.
We accept cash and credit/debit cards.
Additional fees may apply for returned payments or insufficient funds.
Media Release
By using our services, you grant Take Flight Auto permission to capture photos and videos of your vehicle for marketing purposes. These will never be sold to third parties.
