This agreement for Detailing Services between DOCTOR DETAIL MOBILE DETAILING & the Customer who is booking our services online, in person, or over the phone.
(Hereafter referred to as, “Client”, “Customer”, or “you”) and DOCTOR DETAIL MOBILE DETAILING (hereafter referred to as "contractor", “us” or “we”) is made and entered into upon the following date that this is signed:
This Agreement explains our obligations to you, and your obligations to us in relation to the service(s) you purchase. By using our service you agree to the terms of this agreement, without modification by you.
The customer and/or parties booking our services online hereby agree to the following terms:
OPERATING & MOVING YOUR VEHICLE: The client will give DOCTOR DETAIL MOBILE DETAILINGaccess to the vehicle during the detail job and any additional mutually agreed upon times. Please make sure the keys to the vehicle are available to us. This document ensures that you authorize us to operate and to move your vehicle, as necessary to do so determined by our contractors and employees.
QUALITY OF SERVICE: We want you to be satisfied with our service. No services offered are guaranteed to completely restore the vehicle to any previous or new condition. We will try our absolute best to restore the vehicle to the best condition possible and within the constraints of our resources, time, and expertise. We will conduct a final inspection together, with you, at the end of the job. If, after the final inspection and we have left, you find our service unsatisfactory, please contact us within 24 hours so we can address your concern. DOCTOR DETAIL MOBILE DETAILING will not be held liable for any concerns after 24 hours of job completion or if you did not complete the final inspection with our employee or contractor.
ACCIDENTS, PRE EXISTING CONDITION, AND DAMAGE: because it is impossible to determine when pre-existing damage has occurred to a vehicle, hidden damage can be revealed after the cleaning. We do our best to document existing pre-existing damage with before and after photos, but under no circumstances will we be held responsible for any pre-existing damages including but not limited to hail, rock chips, scratches, etc…
DOCTOR DETAIL MOBILE DETAILING and its employees or contractors cannot be held responsible for any pre-existing damage to the vehicle while in our care. We are as careful as possible and have never once had an accident to date. If something does get damaged while working on your vehicle, we will advise you of the incident. By agreeing to book our services you also agree not to hold DOCTOR DETAIL MOBILE DETAILING or any related parties liable for any damages to your vehicle that are outside of our control. By signing this agreement, the signee acknowledges that they have an ownership interest in the vehicle and are above the age of 18. DOCTOR DETAIL MOBILE DETAILING and its affiliates limit its liability to the total dollar amount of each job.
FEES, TERMS OF SERVICE, AND PAYMENT TERMS: The fee for our service is the agreed dollar amount, indicated as “Total Cost or Price” on the booking form, online, or over the phone. Keep in mind that the prices listed are starting prices, and may be subject to change when in the physical presence of the vehicle. The term of service is for the amount of average allotted time reserved by us to complete the “service” you requested and not for any specific outcome. The amount of time reserved is an estimate since the condition of each vehicle varies. It is possible that the job could take less or more time than the time reserved. DOCTOR DETAIL MOBILE DETAILING has the right to charge an extra dirty fee or excessive cleaning fee of no more than $350 for vehicles that have not been regularly maintained. Furthermore, if a job takes significantly longer than expected or if the vehicle is dirtier or requires more product than a vehicle in average condition, we will have to charge accordingly. This decision will be made at the discretion of the technician, employee, or contractor on behalf of DOCTOR DETAIL MOBILE DETAILING. This fee is normally reserved for vehicles that take more time than normal to detail or the service being conducted. We will inform you of the possible fee before or during the process of performing the services rendered.
PROVIDING FEEDBACK AND PHOTOS: We ask for your feedback. Please send us an email at (DoctorDetailTulsa@Gmail.Com) and let us know if there are ANY concerns – good or bad. We also carry the right at the discretion ofDOCTOR DETAIL MOBILE DETAILING to use pictures and video of your vehicle for legal and marketing purposes and to publish on its website (www.DoctorDetailTulsa.com) or any of our Social Media platforms.
TERMINATION OF SERVICE: Customers who cancel or reschedule their appointment will be subject to a nonrefundable deposit of $50-150 to help cover the reserved time slot income loss. Rescheudules require a mimumum notice of 48 hours in order for the deposit to be credited toward the balance of your appointment. Additionally,DOCTOR DETAIL MOBILE DETAILING may cancel any new or existing membership plans or services with clients if we experience that the customer is not the right fit for our services at the discretion of DOCTOR DETAIL MOBILE DETAILING. Instances of service termination include going behind our back and working directly withDOCTOR DETAIL MOBILE DETAILING employees instead of going through the company, being rude or harsh to DOCTOR DETAIL MOBILE DETAILING employees, or any other reason we determine to be worthy of service termination by our discretion.
By agreeing to our terms and conditions, you (the client) understand that DOCTOR DETAIL MOBILE DETAILING does not guarantee any specific outcomes or results with their detailing services. If the car detail job takes much longer than anticipated or if the vehicle is not in average condition, we reserve the right to charge an excessive cleaning fee between $50-350 on top of the total cost at the discretion ofDOCTOR DETAIL MOBILE DETAILING.
All Sales are Final.
ln witness to their agreement to the stated terms the Client will agree to the terms and conditions stated and will acknowledge that the client (you) will pay DOCTOR DETAIL MOBILE DETAILING immediately after the completion of services by the method of Credit Card, Debit Card, Certified Cheque, or Cash
