Additional Terms & Conditions:
1. Payment Terms
- Payment in full is due immediately upon completion of services.
- Accepted forms of payment include cash, check, Zelle, Bitcoin (BTC), and major credit cards.
- For online bookings, credit cards will not be charged until services are completed unless a deposit is required.
- Any outstanding balance not paid when due shall incur a late fee of $25 per 24-hour period, accruing daily for up to thirty (30) days.
- If payment remains unpaid after thirty (30) days, At-Ease Detailing reserves the right to pursue collection proceedings and all legal remedies available under applicable law.
- Returned or insufficient funds will result in an additional service charge.
2. Service Policy
- At-Ease Detailing prioritizes vehicle safety and will not perform any service that poses a risk of damage.
- The Client must disclose in advance any known cosmetic or mechanical issues that could interfere with services, including but not limited to: inoperable windows, permanently sealed trunks, or low batteries.
- The Client is responsible for notifying At-Ease Detailing of any potential health or safety hazards inside the vehicle, including but not limited to: sharp objects, hazardous chemicals, drugs, or biohazard materials. Failure to disclose such hazards may result in liability for related damages or injuries.
- If At-Ease Detailing arrives to perform a scheduled service but is unable to complete work due to the Clientâs failure to disclose issues, lack of vehicle access, or absence, the full scheduled service fee will still apply.
- At-Ease Detailing reserves the absolute right to refuse service at its discretion.
3. Appointments & Scheduling
- At-Ease Detailing will make every effort to arrive at the scheduled appointment time. However, circumstances outside of our control (traffic, weather, safety concerns, prior delays) may affect arrival time. Clients will be notified of any material delays.
- Service pricing is determined by vehicle size, package selection, and condition. Additional fees will apply for excessive dirt, staining, pet hair, debris removal, personal item removal, or steam cleaning if required.
- A minimum of 24 hoursâ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
- Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hoursâ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service cost.
- Multiple-vehicle bookings are treated as multiple appointments. Each appointment canceled within the restricted window may incur separate cancellation fees.
- Clients canceling with less than six (6) hoursâ notice will only be permitted to:
- Reschedule the appointment at no additional cost (payment required at time of rescheduling).
- Convert the prepaid appointment value into a non-refundable gift card for future use.
4. Vehicle Condition Disclaimer
- At-Ease Detailing makes no guarantee that any service will restore a vehicle to âlike newâ or showroom condition. Results are dependent on the initial condition of the vehicle.
- The Client must remove all personal belongings prior to the scheduled appointment. At-Ease Detailing is not responsible for loss or damage to personal property left inside the vehicle.
- At-Ease Detailing will neither remove nor install child car seats or custom equipment (including seat covers, subwoofers, pet protectors, aftermarket parts, or accessories). Clients wishing to have these areas cleaned must remove them prior to service.
5. Property Damage & Liability
- The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless At-Ease Detailing, its owners, employees, and affiliates against any losses, damages, liabilities, claims, costs, and attorneyâs fees arising out of or related to the performance of services, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct by At-Ease Detailing.
- Minor cosmetic damage occurring as an incidental result of detailing will not be eligible for reimbursement. In cases of proven gross negligence or willful misconduct, At-Ease Detailing will determine the body shop or vendor to perform any approved repairs.
- Clients must report any claims of damage or dissatisfaction within 24 hours of service completion, and if applicable, schedule a touch-up within five (5) business days.
6. Deposits & Refunds
- Deposits for ceramic coating services are non-refundable.
- Deposits for detailing appointments are non-refundable in the event of a no-show or cancellation made with less than 24 hoursâ notice.
- All completed sales and invoices are final.
7. Marketing & Media
- The Client grants At-Ease Detailing permission to capture photographs and/or video of the serviced vehicle for documentation and marketing purposes. Such media will never be sold or distributed to third parties without consent.
8. Communication & Privacy
- Clients may receive service updates, reminders, or promotional messages via email or SMS.
- Clients may opt out of such communications at any time by replying âSTOP.â
 9. Acknowledgment
- By booking or receiving services from At-Ease Detailing, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the above Terms and Conditions.
 Cancellation & No-Show Policy
We understand that life happens, and sometimes appointments need to be rescheduled. However, last-minute cancellations and no-shows impact our business and prevent other clients from booking. To ensure fairness and efficiency, we have implemented the following policy:
⢠Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a $100 cancellation fee.
⢠No-shows (failure to arrive for a scheduled appointment without notice) will be charged the full price of the service booked.
⢠The cancellation fee must be paid before rebooking any future appointments.
By scheduling an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this policy. We appreciate your understanding and respect for our time.
