By booking with Daniel’s Detailing, you agree to the following:

  • Deposit Policy: A $50 deposit is required to secure your appointment. It is refundable only if canceled 72+ hours in advance.

  • Cancellation Policy: Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a $50 fee. No-shows may forfeit the deposit.

  • Travel Fees: A travel fee of $2.00 per mile applies to locations outside a 10-mile radius of zip code 85204.

  • Final Pricing: All pricing is subject to change based on the actual condition of your vehicle (e.g. excessive pet hair, heavy stains, etc.).

  • Vehicle Prep: Please remove all personal items from your vehicle before your appointment. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items.

  • Weather Reschedules: Appointments may be rescheduled due to rain, high wind, or excessive heat for mobile services.

  • Aftercare: Ceramic-coated vehicles should not be washed for 7 days post-service. We’ll provide full aftercare instructions.

  • Photos: We may take before/after photos for quality control and social media. Let us know if you'd prefer we don’t.

I had to cancel because I drove all the way down here from downtown Phoenix due to their amazing reviews. Turns out LYFT wouldn't allow me to take my family of 7 back home in 1 vehicle so I cancelled and told them to charge the $50 cancellation fee. They refused to charge the cancellation fee even though it was my fault and I was impressed with their customer service!

Between the kids and the dog, our car looked like a bomb went off. I took it to Daniel, sure that they could make it better. But, I didnt think they'd get some of the stains out of the leather or get it back to showroom quality.nnI was wrong.nnThe car interior looks incredible. Seriously.
