He calls back when he says he will, he’s in constant contact and communicates well, and he is a true professional with an easy to navigate website. He spent almost 3 hours on my car that was filthy inside and out due to sitting under a carport for 2 years at the time I bought car. My car now looks brand new.

I recently took my car to Daniel’s Detailing for their highest package. This was my first time ever getting my car detailed, and it was definitely overdue—so I wasn’t sure what to expect. From the start, their communication was excellent. I requested a quote through their website and received a prompt response. I work at a busy vet hospital and could only reply sporadically, often after business hours, but Daniel still reached out personally—even past their 4 PM closing time—to help answer questions and get me on the schedule. I also got a great deal for booking before May 31st which was a nice bonus. When I dropped my car off, the technician was nice and made the process quick and smooth. I feel bad as I missed his name. He asked about any problem areas, and I mentioned the seats. When I returned to pick it up, it looked fantastic, but I noticed the shampoo and carpet cleaning hadn’t been done, which was something that was included in the package. He admitted he was wondering about it because he didn’t hear instructions to do so, but he said he would figure something out and that it would be done soon. I reached out to Daniel and he immediately apologized for the oversight and their team fixed it right away, even running the shampoo twice over the seats. The handled the mix-up and was able to get it done quickly. Now my car looks and feels brand new! It was in pretty rough shape before, but at no point did anyone make me feel judged or uncomfortable. Their responsiveness, attention to detail, and customer service really stood out, and I’m so glad I chose them.

Great service, friendly workers, 200% customers satisfaction. These guys are great, they ask questions about what the client wants and where they should focus on before they start. During the detail I came out and Hannah and Jose made sure that they didn’t miss anything, I pointed a few things out and they got right to it. After they left i went to look at the vehicle and I noticed a few things that I didn’t like, I told Daniel about it and he made sure to send them back to make sure it was done correctly. I high recommend Daniel’s detailing to anyone looking for an affordable detail.going to use them again and also going to have them detail my company vehicle. These guys are number one.
