1. Services Offered
We provide professional auto detailing services, which may include but are not limited to cleaning, polishing, and protecting the interior and exterior surfaces of your vehicle.
2. Appointment Scheduling
2.1. To schedule an appointment for our services, you must contact us through our designated channels, such as our website, phone number, or email address.
2.2. We will do our best to accommodate your preferred date and time for an appointment, subject to availability.
2.3. Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.
3. Inclement Weather and Rescheduling
3.1. In the event of inclement weather conditions, such as heavy rain, snow, extreme cold, or any other circumstances that may affect the safety or quality of our services, we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment for a later date and time.
3.2. We will make every effort to notify you as early as possible if a rescheduling is necessary due to inclement weather.
3.3. If you wish to reschedule your appointment due to inclement weather or for any other reason, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance, as specified in Section 2.2. Rescheduling due to inclement weather will not incur a cancellation fee.
3.4. We prioritize safety above all else, and rescheduling due to inclement weather is done to ensure the best possible outcome for your vehicle.
4. Pricing and Payment
4.1. The pricing for our services will be communicated to you at the time of scheduling. Prices may vary depending on the type and condition of the vehicle.
4.2. Payment is due upon completion of the services. We accept cash, credit cards, and other forms of payment as specified. All payments are subject to standard New Jersey Sales Tax of 6.625%. Payment via credit card will have an additional 3% fee.
4.3. Additional fees may apply for extra services requested beyond the initial agreement.
5. Vehicle Condition
5.1. You are responsible for ensuring that your vehicle is in suitable condition for our services. Any pre-existing damage or conditions should be disclosed to us before the service begins.
5.2. We are not responsible for any damage that occurs during our services if it is a result of pre-existing vehicle conditions.
6. Liability
6.1. We will take reasonable care when performing our services, but we are not responsible for any damage to your vehicle that is a result of unforeseeable circumstances or factors beyond our control.
6.2. We are not liable for any lost or stolen items left in your vehicle during our services.
7. Customer Satisfaction
7.1. We aim to ensure your satisfaction with our services. If you are not satisfied with the quality of our work, please notify us within 24 Hours of the service completion, and we will work to address your concerns.
8. Privacy
8.1. We respect your privacy and will not disclose any personal information provided to us, except as required by law.
9. Termination
9.1. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service to anyone for any reason, including but not limited to inappropriate behavior or non-compliance with these Terms.
10. Amendments
10.1. We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be effective upon posting on our website or other means of communication.
11. Governing Law
11.1. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Jersey.
