In some cases vehicles have manufacturing defaults with defroster lines that could cause them to fray during installation. Although this rarely happens, it is a possibility. Xpress mobile window tint takes proper care and caution during installation to avoid this issue. The client understands that Xpress Mobile Window Tint will not be held liable for any unexpected damages to defroster lines during installation. If there are any damages to rear defroster lines due to improper care or use of equipment the business will replace the rear windshield at no cost to the customer.
Window Tint Removals
During the tint removal process, there is a risk that defrost lines may be damaged or removed due to the adhesive layer of the tint. Xpress Mobile Window Tint is not liable for any damage to defrost lines that may occur during removal.
Laminated Glass
In some cases certain vehicles including but not limited to jeeps, chargers and tahoes have laminated glass. This means that there is a thin layer of vinyl between two layers of glass. In most newer models and some older models, there are manufacture defects that can cause the window to develop a "snowflake" pattern. This is a manufacture defect and Xpress Mobile Window Tint will not be held liable. In the event that you notice this "snowflake" pattern in the glass contact your dealership immediately.
