Booking Terms & Conditions — Supreme Window Tinting LLC

Effective Date: July 7, 2026

1. Appointments & Booking

• All appointments must be scheduled in advance online at supremewintinting.com or by contacting us directly.
• Booking an appointment confirms your agreement to these Terms & Conditions.
• We are an in-shop service only facility located at 15940 Baxter Creek Dr, Jacksonville, FL 32218.

2. Deposits

• A non-refundable deposit of $50.00 is required to secure certain appointments at the time of booking.
• Your deposit will be applied toward your total service balance on the day of your appointment.
• Deposits may be paid online via credit card or other accepted payment methods.
• Failure to appear or cancellation without proper notice will result in forfeiture of your deposit.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• We kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time may result in forfeiture of your deposit.

• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will be notified as soon as possible and your deposit will be fully refunded or transferred to a new appointment.

4. Late Arrivals

• Please arrive on time or a few minutes early for your scheduled appointment.
• Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may result in your appointment being shortened, rescheduled, or forfeited, depending on the day's schedule.
• If you anticipate being late, please call us immediately at (904) 323-1512 so we can do our best to accommodate you.
• Late arrivals do not extend your appointment time beyond the originally scheduled slot.

5. Payment

• Full payment is due at the time of service.
• We accept online payments and major credit cards.
• Any previously paid deposit will be applied to your final balance.
• Pricing is subject to change. Final pricing will be confirmed at or before the time of service.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for ensuring the following before arriving for their appointment:

• ✅ The vehicle interior and exterior are reasonably clean — excessive dirt or debris may affect film adhesion and quality.
• ✅ All personal belongings are removed from the vehicle or secured before drop-off.
• ✅ The vehicle is in your possession and you have legal authority to authorize service on it.
• ✅ You disclose any pre-existing damage (scratches, chips, damaged seals) to our team before service begins. Supreme Window Tinting LLC is not liable for pre-existing conditions.
• ✅ You understand that window tint cure times vary (typically 3–7 days) and agree to follow all aftercare instructions provided by our team.

7. Service Results & Warranty

• We take great pride in our work and use quality materials. However, results may vary based on vehicle condition, glass quality, and film type selected.
• Any warranty information specific to your film type will be provided at the time of service.
• Concerns about completed work must be reported to us within 7 days of your service date so we may evaluate and address them promptly.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Supreme Window Tinting LLC is not responsible for any pre-existing damage to the vehicle that was not disclosed prior to service.
• Our liability is limited to the cost of the service performed.

9. Agreement

By booking an appointment with Supreme Window Tinting LLC — online, by phone, or in person — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
