These terms and conditions outline the policies of Supreme Window Tinting LLC. By booking or receiving services, all customers agree to be bound by the terms listed below.

Our goal is to provide a stress-free, professional window tinting experience for every customer.

Vehicle Condition & Disclosure

The safety of your vehicle and the use of proper window tinting techniques are our top priorities. We will not perform any service that presents a clear risk of damage to your vehicle.

Prior to service, the vehicle owner must disclose any cosmetic, electrical, or mechanical issues that could interfere with installation. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Windows that do not roll down properly

• Low or dead battery

• Trunk or doors that do not open

• Electrical or sensor malfunctions

Failure to disclose these issues may prevent service from being completed.

Health & Safety

If your vehicle contains anything that could pose a health or safety risk to our technicians, you must notify us before service begins. This includes hazardous or harmful substances such as needles, drugs, fuel, or similar materials.

Customers will be held responsible for any health or safety issues arising from undisclosed hazards within the vehicle.

Supreme Window Tinting LLC reserves the right to refuse service at any time.

Appointments & Cancellations

• A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or change an appointment.

• A temporary hold for the full service amount may be placed on the card on file up to 24 hours prior to your appointment.

• Each scheduled vehicle counts as one appointment. Multiple vehicles are treated as multiple appointments and may incur multiple cancellation fees if canceled outside the approved timeframe.

If changes are requested with less than 24 hours’ notice, the following options apply:

1. Reschedule
   You may reschedule at no additional cost. Payment will be processed at the time of rescheduling, and a new date and time will be selected.

2. Cancel with a Fee
   A cancellation fee will apply. The card hold will be released, and the cancellation fee will be charged to the same card.

   • This option is available up to 6 hours before the scheduled appointment.

   • Appointments canceled with less than 6 hours’ notice are not eligible for this option.

   • An appointment is not considered canceled until confirmed with a Supreme Window Tinting LLC representative.

3. Convert to a Gift Card
   If circumstances change (such as selling your vehicle), the full appointment value may be converted into a gift card for personal use or gifting.

Supreme Window Tinting LLC reserves the right to withdraw the gift card option for fleet or business vehicle bookings.

Payment

• We accept cash and credit cards.

• Payment is due upon completion of service.

• Online payments will not be processed until service is completed unless a deposit is required.

• Additional fees may apply for non-sufficient funds or returned payments.

Photos & Video

By receiving service, you grant permission for Supreme Window Tinting LLC to take photos or videos of your vehicle for marketing and portfolio purposes. These images will never be sold or shared with third parties.
