NOTE: Prices are "starting at".... depending on the condition of your vehicles paint, this service can take much longer for some vehicles. A technician will call you if they feel they need more time on your car and give you a final quote before they start work on your vehicle.

💡 Tip: This is a lengthy service, we can spend 3+hours just on your exterior alone. This means during peak season if you book both the Interior & Exterior, it could take a week or so get you in. You might want to book your interior and exterior serparately to get your vehicle in quicker!

R1 Coatings® Pro Nano Ceramic Coating can be applied to almost any vehicle surface – provides the ultimate level of protection, durability, and shine available on the market. Your vehicle will be protected from wear and tear while turning heads out on the road with a stunning shine and brilliance.

Duration: 2-Days. Takes one full day to prep and apply, then we need your car for an additional day for it to cure and harden.

Vapor Detailing, LLC Terms of Service

All customers of Vapor Detail agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth below.

  • Damage Waiver: The cleaning and detailing methods usesd by Vapor Detail are to make sure that no damage is done to your vehicle and none of our processes we use could damage your vehicle. Any issues you witness after your servicewould be issues you would witness if you cleaned your vehicle yourself (having doors opened for extended periods, shampooing carpets or upholstery, etc).

    • Vapor Auto Detailing, LLC is not liable for:
      • Pre-existing conditions, damage, or defects in your vehicle.

      • Battery replacement, battery repair, or repair costs stemming from electrical/battery systems or from humidity after service being in your vehicle.
        • Examples of issues after detailing that Vapor Detailing LLC will not cover: Blinkers malfunctioning, Steering Wheel Controls, Stereo or Stereo Head Units, Electonic Seats, Dash Lights or any Interior Lighting, Door Locks or Windows, Headlights Dimmering or Flickering, Warning Lights or Check Engine Lights, etc.

    • What to do if you have issues with your vehicle after service:

      1. Check your battery: Even though your battery could not have given you issues prior to your appointment, we put a lot of strain on your battery during service, and it might need charged again or replaced if it's nearing end of life.

        • Vapor Detailing, LLC employees will put a trickle charger on your vehicle during service. However, this doesn't always solve the issue.

      2. Eleviate residual humidity: Vapor Detailing, LLC uses steam carpet extraction. All solutions are applied to a rag outside your vehicle then wiped on surfaces in a controled and carefull manner.

        • Most issues you will have will be from a low battery (see above). But we do recommend after service to help dissipate humidity: leave windows cracked with AC and Heat on high.

    • You must agree to the Indemnification Clause below:

      INDEMNIFICATION: CLIENT/CUSTOMER AGREES TO AND SHALL FULLY INDEMNIFY, HOLD HARMLESS, AND DEFEND VAPOR DETAILING, ITS OWNERS, AGENTS, AND EMPLOYEES, FROM AND AGAINST ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, DEMANDS, ACTIONS, SUITS, DAMAGES, LIABILITIES, LOSSES, SETTLEMENTS, JUDGMENTS, COSTS AND EXPENSES (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ATTORNEY’S FEES AND COSTS) ETC, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION TO SERVICES PERFORMED UNDER THIS AGREEMENT, WHETHER OR NOT CAUSED IN PART OR IN WHOLE BY THE NEGLIGENCE OF VAPOR DETAILING, ITS OWNERS, AGENTS OR EMPLOYEES, OR FORCE MAJEURE.

      Each customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Vapor Detail, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any personal injury, damage, loss, expense, cost, claim, and liability (including attorney and legal fees) arising out of Vapor Detail services, including without limitation, any accidental property damage not relating to the services performed.

      I acknowledge that the unique nature of Vapor Detail's business may expose me to greater property damage risk, and I hereby assume such risk.

Appointments:

  • Packages: Know what package you ordered: It is extremely important you know what services are included in the package you ordered. If you're not sure visit our home page vapordetail.com or consult with our technicians at the time of drop-off.
  • Personal Items: Vapor Detail is not liable for any personal items left in the vehicle. Please remove all personal property prior to your detail, especially anything valuable. Any items we find in your car during the detailing process will be bagged up and remain in the car. Our staff is instructed to never take items out of your vehicle.
  • Infant Seats & Special Equipment: Vapor Detail will neither install nor remove any car seats or custom equipment from your vehicle. If you would like your infant/child seat cleaned underneath, please have it removed prior to your appointment. This includes but is not limited to, seat covers, subwoofers, and pet protectors.
  • Length of Appointment: We need your vehicle all day, some days pickup time can run as late as 6pm. In the rare case if we are not able to start or finish your vehicle on the day of service, and you cannot leave your vehicle for us to finish it the next day. Refunds will be given for the amount of work not done. Please note, you will still be charged for any services rendered.
  • Photographs and Video: We have your permission to take pictures or video of your vehicle to document any damage or to do before and after photos. Vapor Detail has 6 surveillance cameras inside and out for protection of your vehicle and to document services done by Vapor Detailing LLC.
  • Cancellations: Must be made within 72-hours to receive a refund of your deposit.

SURCHARGES - Billed at current shop rate $80 per hour:

  • Biohazard: Human or Pet Feces, Blood, Toxic Chemicals, and/or Harmful Substances (needles, drugs, gasoline, etc.):
  • Heavy Soiled: What is heavy soiled? Examples would be high level of grim or discoloration on carpets or interior. Jeeps that have had the top off, old cars that have been sitting maybe with windows partially opened. Heavy grime on interior door panels that causes discoloration.
  • Excessive Garbage in Vehicle:

Payment & Refunds:

  • All sales are final. Vapor Detailing LLC. does not offer refunds for any service once it has been completed. By using our services, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refunds policy.
  • Quality Assurance: We strive to provide high-quality detailing services. If you are dissatisfied with the results of your service, you must notify us within 24 hours of service completion. We may, at our sole discretion, offer to address any issues through a touch-up or re-service, but this is not guaranteed and does not imply an entitlement to a refund.
  • Method of Payment: Vapor Detailing LLC. does not accept cash. Credit card or in rare cases paper check.

Right to Refuse Service:

  • Vapor Auto Detailing reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if we determine that a vehicle poses a health or safety risk, or if the client behaves inappropriately or unreasonably. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

Arbitration Agreement & Dispute Resolution: 

  • Good Faith Resolution. In the event of any disagreement, both the Customer and Vapor Detail LLC. agree to first attempt to resolve the matter in good faith through direct communication.

  • Mediation. If the issue cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to participate in a non-binding mediation with a neutral mediator located in Helena, Montana, before pursuing further action. Costs of mediation will be shared equally unless otherwise agreed.

  • Small Claims Court. If mediation does not resolve the dispute, either party may bring the claim in Lewis and Clark County Small Claims Court if the claim is within the court’s jurisdictional limits.

  • Arbitration for Larger Claims. For claims exceeding the Small Claims Court limit, the parties agree to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) or another mutually agreed arbitration provider. The arbitration will take place in Helena, Montana. Each party will be responsible for its own costs and fees, unless the arbitrator decides otherwise.

  • No Class Actions. Disputes must be brought on an individual basis. Neither party may bring claims as a plaintiff or class member in a class, consolidated, or representative action.

Acceptance & Agreement to Terms:

  • By scheduling an appointment or accepting service from Vapor Auto Detailing, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service, including the no-refunds and arbitration policies.
