Steel City Auto Spa Service Agreement
1. Acknowledgements: You authorize Company to operate your vehicle, including but not limited to starting and driving your vehicle whenever necessary to perform all services. You authorize Company to remove components and/or temporarily modify any sections of your vehicle necessary when providing services which require Company to do so. You authorize Company to use photos in social media or other avenues before appointment, during appointment, and after appointment indefinitely. Company will not take photos or videos with your license plate in the frame. Clients must remove all personal belongings from vehicle before appointment. Steel City Auto Spa is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged item left inside the vehicle.
2. Invoices: You shall pay the total balance of your invoice when you receive your vehicle following performance of the services. Company may hold any vehicle until all invoices are paid in full. There is a vehicle storage fee of $50.00 per day after seven (7) days of no pickup. The seven (7) day period commences the day after the services have been completed. Vehicle storage fees may be waived under certain circumstances under the sole discretion of Company.
3. Satisfaction Guarantee: All services are subject to a final physical inspection of the condition of your vehicle(s). The final inspection is conducted to ensure the services quoted will adequately meet your desired expectations. If the client is dissatisfied with the service, they must notify Steel City Auto Spa within 24 hours of completion. Company will evaluate concerns and may offer a complimentary rework at our discretion. Refunds are not issued unless a major service failure has occurred. If there are any discrepancies that require additional services resulting in higher fees, company will contact you for approval of the additional work prior to performing any additional services.
4. Pre-Existing Damage: Steel City Auto Spa is not responsible for pre-existing damage, including but not limited to, embedded stains, deep scratches, damage to body, pre-existing damage from previous paint work or damage to interior surfaces. You understand that drastic existing paint defects are not guaranteed to be removed without replacing or repainting the section of the vehicle that is damaged.
5. Vehicle Condition: You understand that none of company's interior packages yield the cleaning of headliners or seatbelts. Excessive dirt, pet hair, stains or biohazards may incur additional fees or require additional time. Steel City Auto Spa reserves the right to refuse service if a vehicle is deemed unsafe, excessively dirty or contains hazardous materials.
6. Loss or Damages: You must obtain and maintain motor vehicle insurance coverage, which includes coverage for property damage. You will not hold Company liable for any damage to the vehicle in any event, including but not limited to (i) incidental, consequential, or punitive damage under any circumstance; (ii) any loss or damage due to exposure of natural elements, terrorist acts, invasion, insurrection, riot, civil war, by military or usurped power, or by order of any government or governmental authority or any other circumstances beyond Company’s control; (iii) any loss or damage to the vehicle or injury to persons in or about the vehicle by reason of use or operation of the vehicle by the owner or other persons not employed by Company; (iv) any pre-existing damage to the vehicle; or (v) any loss or damage to personal property contained within the vehicle.
7. Disclaimer: Some stains, odors or imperfections may not be fully removable despite our best efforts. We do not guarantee the complete removal of stubborn stains or odors. The client understands that detailing involves the use of water, detailing chemicals and machinery and while precautions are taken, Steel City Auto Spa is not responsible for any unforeseen issues relates to these elements.
8. Duration of Service: Service times are estimates and may vary depending on the vehicle size & condition. Company will communicate any significant delays or adjustments needed throughout the process.
9. Cancellations: You may cancel scheduled services up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time and receive a full refund of your deposit. All deposits are non-refundable if you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time.
10. Agreement to Terms: By booking a service with Steel City Auto Spa and signing this document, the client acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions. Steel City Auto Spa reserves the right to modify this agreement at any time without prior notice.
