By submitting a booking request and checking the acknowledgment box, you confirm that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by the Terms & Conditions outlined below.
These terms reflect Mead’s Precision Detailing LLC’s policies and commitment to providing a professional, stress‑free detailing experience.
- General Policies
Customer Responsibilities
Your vehicle’s safety and the use of proper detailing techniques are our top priorities. We will not perform any service that may cause harm or damage.
Before your appointment, you must inform us of any cosmetic or mechanical issues that may affect service completion, including but not limited to:
- Low or dead battery
- Trunk that cannot be opened
- Windows that do not operate
- Electrical issues
- Aftermarket components that may be fragile
If your vehicle contains hazardous materials (needles, drugs, gasoline, etc.), you must notify your technician prior to service. You are responsible for any health or safety risks arising from your vehicle.
Mead’s Precision Detailing LLC reserves the right to refuse service at any time.
- Appointments
- A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to change or cancel an appointment.
- An appointment is defined as one (1) scheduled vehicle. Bookings with multiple vehicles may incur multiple cancellation fees.
- Please arrive as close to your scheduled time as possible. We do not want you rushing or compromising your safety.
- Pricing varies by vehicle size, package, and condition.
- Additional charges may apply for heavy stains, excessive pet hair, excessive debris, personal item removal, ect...
- There are no guarantees that your vehicle will be restored to a specific condition (e.g., showroom finish).
- Property Damage
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mead’s Precision Detailing LLC, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any damage, loss, or liability (including legal fees) arising from services performed, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
We do not install car seats or custom equipment unless absolutely necessary and only with your approval. We advise you to check such items for proper installation.
We do not remove or install aftermarket items such as:
- Seat covers
- Subwoofers
- Light bars
- Pet barriers
If you want these areas cleaned, please remove the items prior to your appointment.
- Payment
- We accept cash, check, and credit cards.
- Payment is due upon completion of the service.
- Online payments are not charged until after service unless a deposit is required.
- Additional fees may apply for NSF payments, returned payments, or failure to pay.
- Continued non‑payment may result in a lien on any boat, side‑by‑side, or other vehicle serviced.
- Photographs & Video
- You grant permission for Mead’s Precision Detailing LLC to take photos or videos of your vehicle for marketing purposes. These will never be sold or shared with third parties.
- Damage / Accidents
- Minor cosmetic damage resulting from normal detailing processes is not eligible for reimbursement.
- Major damage caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct will be repaired at our expense using vendors approved by Mead’s Precision Detailing LLC.
- Any concerns discovered after service must be reported within 24 hours, and a touch‑up appointment (if needed) must be scheduled within 3 days.
- Once the vehicle leaves our care, Mead’s Precision Detailing LLC is not responsible for any damage, issues, or injuries that occur afterward. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any such claims.
- Maintenance Plan Terms
By enrolling in a Maintenance Detailing Package, you acknowledge and agree to all Maintenance Plan Terms, including:
- 3‑month minimum commitment
- Billing after each monthly service
- Assigned service days (Thu–Sat)
- No‑call/no‑show appointments are forfeited and billed at the full service rate
- Vehicles must be kept in reasonable condition between visits
- Excessive buildup may require additional charges or a reset service
- Refunds & Guarantees
- Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied, notify us within 24 hours so we can address the issue.
- Refunds are not available for prepaid or completed services. In rare cases, adjustments, rework, or partial refunds may be offered at our discretion to ensure fairness and customer satisfaction.
- Liability
- We exercise the utmost care when servicing your vehicle.
- We are not liable for pre‑existing damage, defects, or mechanical issues.
- Any claims must be reported immediately after service.
- Termination of Services
- Mead’s Precision Detailing LLC reserves the right to terminate any service or maintenance plan at any time if policies are violated or if the vehicle’s condition consistently falls outside maintenance standards.
- Clients may request cancellation after the 3‑month minimum commitment has been fulfilled, with written notice
- Prepaid amounts for unused services are non‑refundable.
