Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

   The terms and conditions set forth herein reflect Fort Worth Auto Detail's policy with respect to each of its customers. All customers of Fort Worth Auto Detail agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth below.

2. Delivery of your Vehicle for Service

   Your vehicle and performing proper detailing techniques is our first priority. We will not perform any service that may cause harm or damage to your vehicle...

   If your vehicle poses a potential threat to our health and/or safety, please let us know...

3. Scheduling Services
   • Fort Worth Auto Detail requires a 24-hour notice to reschedule any booking/detailing service. Failure to do so will result in a $50 rescheduling fee.
   • Fort Worth Auto Detail reserves the right to alter or amend a booking time/date without penalty but will endeavor to let you know as soon as possible.
   • Fort Worth Auto Detail reserves the right to change, delay or reschedule an appointment due to weather, labor shortage, or other unforeseen conditions.
4. Delivery of Vehicle for Services

   If you have scheduled an appointment at Fort Worth Auto Detail, please understand that many of the services we provide require a significant amount of time (4 to 8 hours, or longer) and you are strongly encouraged to make arrangements to drop off/leave your vehicle.  A key drop is available to assist with before/after-hours drop offs.

5. Payment
   • Fort Worth Auto Detail requires a non-refundable deposit of 20% of the cost of the service(s) scheduled, which is due at the time of booking.
   • Payment in full is required upon completion of service. If you are not present, an invoice will be sent and must be paid the same day to avoid late fees.
   • Fort Worth Auto Detail reserves the right to charge based on vehicle condition and type, with price confirmed before work begins.
6. Personal Belongings
   • Please remove all personal belongings, money, and other significant items before your appointment. Fort Worth Auto Detail is not responsible for loss or damage to personal property left in the vehicle.
   • If compartments such as the glove box or console are not cleared, they will not be cleaned.
   • For safety, we will not remove or reinstall child seats. If left installed, we will clean around them as best as possible.
7. Conditions of Service
   • Fort Worth Auto Detail reserves the right to revise pricing if the vehicle’s condition differs from what was described. Approval will be requested before any change.
   • Pet hair and sand are extremely difficult to remove and may not be eliminated completely.
8. Results Not Guaranteed
   • Fort Worth Auto Detail cannot guarantee complete removal of all stains or odors. Some fabrics and stains are beyond cleaning.
   • Headliners are cleaned gently to prevent sagging; full stain removal is not guaranteed.
   • Plastic and trim restoration success varies by condition; replacement may be necessary.
   • Environmental contaminants such as sap and bird droppings may cause irreversible etching in paint.
   • Brake dust may permanently embed in wheels; complete removal is not always possible.
9. Disclaimer of Warranty

   Except as expressly stated in writing, all products and services are provided AS-IS, WHERE-IS, and WITHOUT WARRANTY, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for purpose.

10. Customer Duties and After Service Care

    Certain services like ceramic coating, paint protection film (PPF), and window tint require specific aftercare to ensure durability and performance. Follow all provided instructions carefully.

11. Risks of Detailing Service
    • Cleaning heavily soiled or aged components may remove worn markings or finishes.
    • Paint correction may cause minor cosmetic defects or fail to remove deep scratches.
    • Report any post-detail issues within 24 hours to schedule a follow-up within 5 days.
12. Limitation of Liability
    • Fort Worth Auto Detail is not responsible for loss or damage except in cases of gross negligence. Reimbursement is limited to the cost of repair and requires pre-approval.
    • Total liability is capped at the price paid for services. No incidental or consequential damages may be recovered.
    • Customers agree to indemnify Fort Worth Auto Detail and its affiliates against post-service claims or damages.
    • This agreement is governed by Texas law, with venue in Tarrant County, TX.
13. Right to Refuse Service
    • Fort Worth Auto Detail reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if a client behaves unreasonably or poses a risk to staff.
    • Abusive or threatening behavior will not be tolerated under any circumstances.
14. Work Areas
    • For your safety, please remain in customer-designated areas and avoid active work zones.
15. Communication, Photographic and Video Consent
    • Fort Worth Auto Detail may contact you via phone, email, or social media for updates or promotions.
    • By allowing photos or videos, you grant Fort Worth Auto Detail permission to use vehicle imagery for marketing unless you opt out in writing.
    • Customer reactions may be recorded post-service unless the client declines before the appointment.
