*All of our ceramic coating packages come standard with our entry level paint correction which is called an 'enhancement service'. The only way to know if you need more paint correction is to wash the vehicle and inspect the paint. We may reach out and recommend additional paint correction. It is entirely up to you at that point. It is NOT required to maintain any guarantee's.

Our goal is to provide your vehicle with the best possible care and protection.
To ensure clear communication and a great experience, please review our service terms below:

🚘 Appointments & Deposits

  • All services are scheduled by appointment.
  • Deposits may be required for some services (ceramic coating, PPF, etc.).
  • Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied to rescheduled appointments with 48 hours’ notice.

🧼 Vehicle Condition

  • Please remove personal belongings from your vehicle before service.
  • Extra charges may apply for excessive dirt, pet hair, or odors.
  • K&D Auto Spa is not responsible for pre-existing damage (scratches, chips, rust, peeling clear coat, etc.).

🛡️ Refund Policy & Guarantee

  • No Refunds: All sales are final.
  • Our Guarantee: While refunds are not offered, we will make every reasonable effort to correct any issues with your service to ensure your satisfaction.

 

⚠️ Liability

We take every precaution with your vehicle, but we are not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing damage
  • Mechanical or electrical issues that may occur during or after service
  • Damage caused by not following aftercare instructions (for ceramic coatings, PPF, etc.)

  • We may take before/after photos or videos of your vehicle for quality control and marketing.
    If you’d prefer we don’t, please let us know before your service begins.

💳 Deposit Policy

All deposits are non-refundable.

  • If you cancel or reschedule with at least 48 hours’ notice, your deposit will remain as a credit on your account and can be applied toward a future appointment.
  • If you cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled service, the deposit will be forfeited.

I highly recommend K&D Auto Spa! I brought in my 2019 Kia Sorento that had been sitting for two years after an accident. When I got it back from the repair shop, there was paint on the seats and it just didn’t feel the same. The team at K&D completely transformed it! When I picked up my car, it looked and smelled brand new again. Every inch was spotless, they removed the paint, deep-cleaned the interior, and made the interior shine like it just came off the showroom floor. Their attention to detail and pride in their work really show. The customer service was fantastic too, friendly, professional, and they kept me updated throughout the process. My Corvette looks awesome with her new ceramic coat! Kevin is personable and knowledgeable and does great work. He goes above and beyond. Truly happy with the results and shine. Kevin has taken care of my car for about the past year (since I got it). He has applied ppf to the entire front+rockers, tint to the windows, and ceramic coating to the rear. He has also done several detailings since. I am about as meticulous as you will ever see with cars, but Kevin has me beat. There isn't a stone that goes unturned when it comes to doing this work. Not only that, but he is beyond responsive and helpful whenever questions do arise (maintenance, care, etc.). I will not only continue to bring my current car here, but any future cars will be getting this same ppf treatment day 1.
