Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before booking a service with Apex Auto Pros. By scheduling an appointment, submitting a form, or using our services, you agree to be bound by the terms described below.
1. Program Name & Description
Apex Auto Pros LLC ("Apex Auto Pros," "we," "us," or "our") provides professional automotive detailing, window tinting, paint protection film (PPF), ceramic coating, and paint correction services in the Bremerton and Silverdale, Washington area.
Our messaging program is used to communicate with customers regarding service inquiries, appointment confirmations, booking deposits, and general customer care. Messages are sent only in direct response to customer-initiated contact.
2. Booking & Appointments
All appointments are subject to availability. A 10% deposit is required to secure your appointment date and time. This deposit is applied toward your total service balance.
- Deposits are non-refundable if the appointment is cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled time.
- Rescheduling requests made more than 24 hours in advance will have their deposit transferred to the new appointment date.
- Apex Auto Pros reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to staffing, equipment, or weather conditions, with advance notice provided to the customer.
3. Service Estimates & Pricing
All quotes provided over the phone, via text, or via web form are estimates based on information provided by the customer. Final pricing may be adjusted upon in-person inspection of the vehicle.
For paint correction services, a pre-service inspection using a paint depth gauge and LED lighting will be performed before any work begins. If the recommended service package changes as a result of the inspection, we will contact the customer before proceeding.
Transparency Commitment: We will never begin work that differs from what was discussed without first notifying you and receiving your approval.
4. Customer Responsibilities
By booking a service, the customer agrees to:
- Provide accurate information about the vehicle including year, make, model, and any known pre-existing damage.
- Disclose any prior paint work, accident repairs, or aftermarket modifications that may affect service outcomes.
- Remove personal belongings from the vehicle prior to drop-off.
- Ensure the vehicle is accessible and available at the scheduled appointment time.
5. Pre-Existing Conditions
Apex Auto Pros is not responsible for pre-existing damage, defects, or conditions that are discovered during the service process. This includes but is not limited to: rock chips, deep scratches that have penetrated the clear coat, paint that has been previously repaired or repainted, and mechanical or interior issues unrelated to our services.
Any pre-existing conditions will be documented and communicated to the customer before work begins.
6. Satisfaction & Service Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are unsatisfied with your service result, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment so we can assess and address your concern.
Guarantees are limited to the specific services performed and do not cover subsequent damage caused by improper maintenance, environmental exposure, or third-party products applied after service completion.
7. SMS & Text Messaging
Apex Auto Pros Customer Care Messaging Program
By submitting a form, calling our business, or initiating a booking on our website, you consent to receive text messages from Apex Auto Pros related to your service inquiry, appointment scheduling, booking confirmations, and general customer care.
7.1. Apex Auto Pros will send you text messages related to your vehicle service inquiries, appointment confirmations, deposit links, and follow-up customer care communications.
7.2. Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to the number you received the message from. After you send the SMS message STOP, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just reach out to us directly and we will resume communication.
7.3. Help: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply HELP for assistance, or contact us directly by emailing apexautoproswa@gmail.com or calling (360) 550-5020.
7.4. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
7.5. Message Frequency & Rates: Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies based on your service activity (typically 3–10 messages per booking). If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
7.6. No Third-Party Sharing: No mobile information, including phone numbers and SMS opt-in data, will be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes at any time. Information may only be shared with service providers who assist in delivering messages on our behalf (such as Twilio), and only for that purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability
Apex Auto Pros' liability for any claim arising from services rendered is limited to the total amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Vehicles are serviced at the owner's risk. While we take every precaution to protect your vehicle during service, Apex Auto Pros is not responsible for pre-existing mechanical failures or damage unrelated to the service performed.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Any disputes arising from services provided by Apex Auto Pros shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Kitsap County, Washington.
10. Changes to These Terms
Apex Auto Pros reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
