This policy helps us cover administrative costs associated with scheduling appointments, as well as the potential fuel costs incurred to travel to your location for the appointment. Additionally, a canceled appointment represents lost business, as we may not be able to fill the time slot on short notice.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. If you need to cancel your appointment, we request that you do so within 3 business days of your scheduled service to avoid forfeiting your deposit. In such cases, we will apply the deposit in the form of a credit to your account until you reschedule. If you do not reschedule the appointment within 3 business days, a new deposit will be required to book.
