•Please inform us if your vehicle poses a potential threat to our health and/or safety. If harmful substances (e.g., needles, drugs, gasoline, etc.) are present, you must notify your detail technician prior to your appointment. Customers are held responsible for any health and/or safety issues arising from their vehicle.

2. Appointments and Cancellations

•Stains and Cleaning: We will use our best expertise to remove stains; however, some stains may be permanent, and we cannot guarantee their removal to perfect condition.

3. Liability and Vehicle Condition

•Damage Disclaimer: Vertex Detailing is not liable for any damage to your vehicle, including pre-existing issues or damage caused by normal cleaning processes (e.g., brittle paint, worn upholstery).

4. Indemnification

Each customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Vertex Detailing, its owners, employees, and affiliates from and against any and all liabilities, expenses, damages, and costs, including attorney and legal fees, resulting from any service provided.

Terms for post-service postcard promos:

"REFERRAL" must be used at booking. Referring customer receives 10% off their next service only after the referred service is completed and paid in full. Referred customer receives 10% off their first service only. No referral discount if referred customer cancels, no-shows, or doesn't complete service. SYSTEMX gives $100 off a first full ceramic coating package only — not valid on add-ons, partial, or maintenance coatings. $150 intro detail valid only when enrolling in a monthly maintenance plan and must be used within 30 days. Final pricing varies by vehicle size, condition, and service requirements — additional charges may apply for excessive dirt, pet hair, stains, or oversized vehicles. All discounts must be mentioned at booking and cannot be applied retroactively, stacked, or combined unless explicitly stated. Discounts have no cash value and are non-transferable. Vertex Detailing reserves the right to modify promotions or refuse service for vehicles in unsafe or extreme condition.
