The terms and conditions set forth herein reflect Vertex Detailing’s policy with respect to each of its customers. All customers of Vertex Detailing must agree to the terms and conditions set forth below. These terms are in place to ensure a transparent and mutually beneficial experience. 1. Health and Safety
•Please inform us if your vehicle poses a potential threat to our health and/or safety. If harmful substances (e.g., needles, drugs, gasoline, etc.) are present, you must notify your detail technician prior to your appointment. Customers are held responsible for any health and/or safety issues arising from their vehicle.
•Mold, urine, or other biohazardous waste will incur a $150 fee for the extra precautions and materials required. If we deem the situation too hazardous, we reserve the right to refuse service, and the deposit will not be refunded.
2. Appointments and Cancellations
•Stains and Cleaning: We will use our best expertise to remove stains; however, some stains may be permanent, and we cannot guarantee their removal to perfect condition.
•Arrival Time: We strive to arrive as close to the scheduled time as possible. However, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. Your safety and ours will not be compromised by rushing. If schedules change, we will notify you promptly with an updated arrival time.
•Cancellations: Appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations within 24 hours will incur a $50 fee. No-shows will also incur a $50 fee.
•Biohazard Appointments: If biohazard materials (e.g., urine, feces, vomit, dead animals) are present, an additional fee of at least $100 will apply. If the appointment is canceled due to biohazards, a $50 cancellation fee will apply.
3. Service Requirements
•Adequate driveway space and access to hose outlets are required for exterior services.
•We reserve the right to refuse service at any time for any reason, including situations where our safety is at risk. Deposits will not be refunded in such cases.
4. Payment Policies
•Accepted Payment Methods: We accept all major credit cards, cash, checks, and Venmo. We do not accept e-checks.
•Payment Timing: Payment is due upon completion of the service. If payment was made online, your card will not be charged until after the service is completed unless a deposit is required.
5. Liability and Vehicle Condition
•Pre-Service Inspection: A pre-service inspection will document any pre-existing damage to your vehicle.
•Damage Disclaimer: Vertex Detailing is not liable for any damage to your vehicle, including pre-existing issues or damage caused by normal cleaning processes (e.g., brittle paint, worn upholstery).
•Operation of Vehicle: During the course of our services, we may need to drive your vehicle for operational reasons. We will exercise the utmost care and move the vehicle only as necessary.
•Photographs and Videos: You grant us permission to take photographs or videos of your vehicle for marketing purposes. These will never be sold or shared with third parties.
6. Satisfaction Guarantee
•If you are dissatisfied with the service, we will return to address and resolve your complaint. Refunds will not be provided if you refuse this resolution.
7. Weather and Safety Policy
•If adverse weather prevents the service from being performed, we will reschedule your appointment. Deposits will be held and applied to the rescheduled date.
•If unsafe conditions prevent service, we reserve the right to refuse service and retain the deposit.
8. Indemnification
Each customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Vertex Detailing, its owners, employees, and affiliates from and against any and all liabilities, expenses, damages, and costs, including attorney and legal fees, resulting from any service provided.
