The terms and conditions outlined below reflect Signature Auto Detailing’s policies regarding all services provided. By booking an appointment with Signature Auto Detailing, you agree to the following terms.
Our goal is to provide a stress-free, professional detailing experience while delivering exceptional results and protecting both your vehicle and our team.
Vehicle Condition & Service Limitations
Signature Auto Detailing will not perform any service that may cause damage to your vehicle or create unsafe working conditions.
Customers are responsible for informing us of any pre-existing cosmetic or mechanical issues that could interfere with service, including but not limited to:
- Low or dead battery
- Windows that do not roll down
- Non-functioning door handles
- Permanently shut trunks
- Faulty electronics
- Loose trim, badges, or fragile aftermarket components
Signature Auto Detailing is not responsible for issues resulting from pre-existing damage, defective materials, failing trim, weakened surfaces, aftermarket modifications, or manufacturer defects that may be exposed during normal detailing procedures.
Health & Safety
If your vehicle contains any hazardous materials or conditions that may pose a health or safety risk, you must notify us prior to your appointment.
Examples include but are not limited to:
- Needles or sharps
- Drugs or drug residue
- Human or animal bodily fluids
- Mold
- Gasoline or chemical spills
- Biohazard contamination
Signature Auto Detailing reserves the right to refuse service if unsafe conditions are present.
Appointment Policy
We strive to arrive as close to your scheduled appointment time as possible. However, traffic, prior appointments, weather, or unforeseen circumstances may occasionally impact scheduling.
If delays occur, we will communicate updated arrival times as soon as possible.
If we arrive for a scheduled appointment and are unable to perform the service due to customer unavailability, inaccessible vehicle, unsafe conditions, or undisclosed issues preventing service, a cancellation fee up to the full scheduled service amount may apply.
Mobile Service / Weather Policy
Mobile detailing appointments are weather dependent.
Appointments may be rescheduled due to rain, high winds, unsafe working conditions, extreme heat, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Pricing
Pricing varies based on vehicle size, package selected, condition, and time required.
Final pricing may increase if the vehicle requires substantially more labor than expected.
Additional charges may apply for:
- Excessive pet hair
- Heavy staining
- Excessive dirt or debris
- Personal item removal
- Biohazard cleanup
- Steam cleaning
- Excessive odor removal
- Severe neglect / restoration-level conditions
Child Seats & Personal Items
For liability reasons, Signature Auto Detailing does not remove or reinstall child safety seats.
Please remove child seats prior to your appointment if you would like the areas beneath them cleaned.
Customers are also responsible for removing personal belongings, valuables, firearms, sensitive documents, and detachable accessories prior to service.
Signature Auto Detailing is not responsible for lost, damaged, or missing personal belongings left inside the vehicle.
Custom Equipment / Aftermarket Accessories
We do not remove or reinstall custom or aftermarket equipment.
This includes but is not limited to:
- Seat covers
- Subwoofers
- Light bars
- Radar detectors
- Pet barriers
- Cargo organizers
- Aftermarket electronics
- Temporary adhesive accessories
If you would like these areas cleaned, please remove those items before your appointment.
Deposits / Cancellations / Rescheduling
Some services may require a deposit to secure your appointment.
Deposits are non-refundable if an appointment is canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice.
Appointments canceled or changed with at least 24 hours notice may be rescheduled without penalty.
Signature Auto Detailing reserves the right to pre-authorize the provided payment method prior to the appointment.
Payment Policy
Payment is due immediately upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

- Check
- Apple Pay
- Credit / Debit Cards
Returned checks or failed payments may be subject to additional fees.
Photos & Marketing
Signature Auto Detailing may photograph or video vehicles for quality control, training, or marketing purposes.
We will not intentionally share identifying personal information such as addresses or license plates.
If you prefer that your vehicle not be photographed, please let us know prior to service.
Damage / Claims
While we use professional techniques, tools, and products, detailing involves working with delicate automotive materials and surfaces.
Signature Auto Detailing is not responsible for:
- Pre-existing damage
- Previously repaired surfaces
- Failing clear coat
- Weak or damaged trim
- Defective paint
- Loose emblems
- Fragile aftermarket accessories
- Wear and tear revealed during normal cleaning
If accidental damage directly caused by our negligence occurs, it must be reported immediately during the final walkthrough whenever possible.
If an issue is discovered after service, you must notify us within 24 hours.
Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of your service, please contact us within 24 hours so we can review the concern and, if appropriate, schedule a corrective touch-up.
Our goal is to make it right whenever reasonably possible.
Right to Refuse Service
Signature Auto Detailing reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service at any time for any reason, including unsafe conditions, inappropriate customer behavior, hazardous vehicle conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.
