We want to give you as much value as possible therefor we do not rinse truck beds or fully clean wheel wells as the will just get dirty on your drive home. Is this ok?

Would It be possible for you to remove all valuable or sentimental items from your car prior to the detail? We would hate for anything you deeply care about to be lost during the detail.

Great customer service and fantastic communication. Amazing service provided. My wife and I have been bringing our vehicles by for a few years now and have never been disappointed in what we’ve received service wise, and the honesty in service provided. Example of this; I was selling a truck and wanted to get the vehicle detailed to help the appearance upon selling. The owner messaged us letting us know he felt the services we asked for would not aid in the sale of the vehicle, but if we wanted it he would to forward with it, or modify based on what he suggested. True honesty in the services they provide, which speaks volumes in an industry filled with fly by night “detail” guys. I can’t recommend them enough.

I took my car in for headlight restoration. They did an AWESOME job. My car is 11 years old, and the headlights look like new. They even washed/waxed it and did a “quick” clean of my interior (it looked like more than a “quick” clean — It was so clean, and even my tires looked amazing! Joe even drove me to nearby Starbucks and picked me up when my car was done. I went there mainly because of the great reviews of customers. I highly recommend them! They are definitely my new go-to for my car.

I originally scheduled our truck to get the exterior detailed and machine polished with a 6 month sealant. After Joe hand washed it he called and was up front and honest and explained it didn’t need the machine polish. I was expecting to pay for what I signed up for so I asked if I could do a 1 year ceramic coating for roughly the same price. We both agreed that he would apply a 1 year ceramic coating and I was very appreciative that he offered that to me on the fly. It’s hard to find honest people these days and his communication throughout the entire process made it very easy. Our truck looks like it belongs on the showroom floor as it has the deep gloss back. Very pleased with the end results and will definitely return in the future!

It hasn’t had a deep clean probably EVER – carpets were stained and matted, dash and armrests/door interiors were dusty and sticky, and the cup holders were BEYOND rude! After reading reviews here about Unicorn Details in McHenry, I contacted them for a quote and to set up an appointment. Their online appointment system is flawless – quick and easy. And they have a key drop, so I was able to drop my car off Sunday after they were closed. Halfway through the day yesterday, I got a message that my vehicle was done, along with an online invoice that I was able to pay online. I couldn’t pick it up until after work yesterday – also after hours. So my key was put into a lockbox and they texted me the code to retrieve it when I arrived. I was hopeful but not overly optimistic because of the age and overall condition of the interior. And I was BLOWN AWAY. I’m sure this Jeep was not this clean when we bought it! The mats and carpets look like new – the dash is clean and spot-free, and the CUP HOLDERS!!! Unbelievable!!!!! I am BEYOND happy with the work they did – and with the excellent communication throughout the entire experience. If you have any inkling that you want to have your vehicle detailed – inside or out – I don’t think you’ll find a better place to take it! I really wish I'd taken 'before' pix to share. And I will be talking with them about having my bike detailed soon…. 😊
