Our Level 1 Interior Detail is a maintenance service, ideal for keeping your vehicle’s interior fresh and clean every 3-4 months.

What’s Included?

For our Level 1 Interior Detail, we begin with a thorough pre-vacuuming, followed by shampooing the floor mats. We then wipe down all hard surfaces and compartments. Next, we clean the windows and screens, ensuring they’re crystal clear and streak-free. To finish, we do a final vacuum to leave your interior looking tidy and refreshed.

Level 2 Interior Detail

For our Level 2 Interior Detail, we begin with a thorough pre-vacuum and forced air cleaning to remove debris from every crack and crevice. Next, we shampoo the carpets, seats, and floor mats, followed by steam cleaning and disinfecting all hard surfaces and compartments. We then clean the windows and screens, ensuring they’re crystal clear and streak-free. After a final vacuum, we finish by conditioning all leather surfaces. This in-depth interior detail will leave your vehicle looking and smelling like new.

Level 1 Exterior Detail

This is a maintenance level exterior detail and is recommended every 3-4 months.

Our Level 1 Exterior Detail begins with a complete cleaning of the wheels, tires, and wheel wells. We then give the vehicle a high-pressure rinse, apply our foam cannon shampoo, and follow up with a hand wash. After drying with a microfiber towel, we clean the door jambs and finish with water-based tire dressing. To complete the service, we apply a ceramic sealant that provides protection for the next 2-3 months.

Our Max G+ Ceramic Coating delivers an incredible 10 years of protection, comes with a 10-year warranty, and is registered to your vehicle’s CarFax, boosting its resale value! This coating is four times thicker, twice as durable, 30% glossier, 30% slicker, and simply 100% superior to anything else on the market!

What’s Included?

With our Max G+ Ceramic Coating Package, we begin by thoroughly cleaning the wheels, tires, and wheel wells. We follow up with a high-pressure rinse, remove all bug and tar residue, apply our foam cannon shampoo, and complete the hand wash. Next, we perform an iron removal bath and clay bar treatment to rid the surface of any embedded contaminants. Once the vehicle is clean, we dry it with a microfiber towel and clean the door jambs. We then perform a one-step paint correction, eliminating about 70-75% of imperfections (this step is included, but you can upgrade to a two-step correction for even more flawless results). Following the correction, we wipe down the vehicle with an alcohol-based solution to remove any lingering polishing oils or residue. Finally, we apply our Max G+ Ceramic Coating to all paint, trim, headlights, and taillights, finishing off with a water-based tire dressing to keep your tires looking fresh.

Next, we perform a high-pressure rinse of the vehicle, followed by the removal of bugs and tar. We apply a foam cannon shampoo and finish with a thorough hand wash. Afterward, we treat the vehicle to an iron removal bath and clay bar process to eliminate embedded contaminants. The vehicle is then dried with a microfiber towel, and the door jambs are cleaned. What’s Included?

For our One-Step Paint Correction Package, we begin by thoroughly cleaning the wheels, tires, and wheel wells. The vehicle is then rinsed with high pressure, and we remove any bug or tar residue. We follow this with a foam cannon shampoo and a hand wash to ensure a deep clean. Next, we perform an iron removal treatment and a clay bar process to eliminate embedded contaminants. After the cleaning steps, we dry the vehicle with a microfiber towel and clean the door jambs. We then carry out a one-step paint correction, which removes 70-75% of imperfections. Once the correction is complete, we perform an alcohol-based wipe down to remove any polishing oils or residue. Finally, we apply a 9-month ceramic sealant to protect the paint and enhance its shine.

Two Step Paint Correction

Our two-step paint correction package is designed to remove moderate to heavy swirls (90-95% defect removal). 

​For our Two-Step Paint Correction Package, we start with a thorough cleaning of the wheels, tires & wheel wells, high pressure rinse the vehicle, remove all bug & tar deposits, apply our foam cannon shampoo and then do our hand wash. We then move into an iron removal bath and a clay bar treatment to remove embedded contaminants. Following that, we dry the vehicle with a microfiber towel, clean the door jambs, do a two-step paint correction which will remove about 90-95% of defects then we do an alcohol based wipe to remove any polishing oils or residue. We finish it off by applying a 9 month ceramic sealant

Apex Auto Care – Service Agreement

  1. Acknowledgements:
    You authorize Apex Auto Care (“Company”) to operate, start, and drive your vehicle as needed to perform the agreed services. You also grant permission for the Company to temporarily remove or adjust vehicle components when necessary for service completion. Additionally, you consent to the Company capturing and using photos of your vehicle before, during, and after service for promotional purposes, excluding any identifying license plate information. All personal items must be removed from your vehicle prior to your appointment. Apex Auto Care is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged items left inside the vehicle.

  2. Invoices & Payment:
    Payment in full is required upon service completion and before vehicle pickup. Apex Auto Care reserves the right to retain possession of any vehicle until payment is made in full. A storage fee of $50 per day will be applied beginning eight (8) days after the service completion date. Fee waivers may be granted at the sole discretion of the Company under certain circumstances.

  3. Satisfaction Guarantee:
    All services include a final in-person inspection to ensure they meet your expectations. If you are dissatisfied, you must notify Apex Auto Care within 24 hours of completion. The Company will assess your concerns and may offer a complimentary rework at its discretion. Refunds are only considered in cases of major service failure. If additional work is required, and it results in extra charges, you will be contacted for approval prior to the work being performed.

  4. Pre-Existing Damage:
    Apex Auto Care is not responsible for any existing damage to your vehicle, including but not limited to embedded stains, deep scratches, previous body or paintwork issues, or interior damage. You acknowledge that significant paint defects may not be fully correctable without repainting or replacement of affected areas.

  5. Vehicle Condition:
    Interior detailing packages do not include headliner or seatbelt cleaning. Vehicles with excessive dirt, pet hair, staining, or biohazardous materials may be subject to additional fees or extended service time. The Company reserves the right to decline service if a vehicle is unsafe, excessively dirty, or contains hazardous materials.

  6. Loss or Damages:
    You are required to maintain valid auto insurance that includes property damage coverage. Apex Auto Care is not liable for any loss or damage to the vehicle under any circumstance, including but not limited to:

    • Indirect, incidental, or punitive damages;

    • Damage due to natural elements, civil unrest, or acts beyond the Company’s control;

    • Damage or injury caused by the operation of the vehicle by anyone not employed by the Company;

    • Pre-existing issues;

    • Loss or damage to personal property within the vehicle.

  7. Disclaimer:
    While we strive for excellence, some stains, odors, or imperfections may not be entirely removable. We cannot guarantee complete elimination of all blemishes. Detailing involves the use of water, cleaning agents, and machinery, and while we take precautions, Apex Auto Care is not responsible for any unforeseen complications arising from these elements.

  8. Service Duration:
    Time estimates for service may vary based on the vehicle’s size and condition. We will keep you informed of any significant changes or delays during the process.

  9. Cancellations:
    You may cancel your appointment up to 24 hours in advance for a full refund of any deposit. Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.

  10. Agreement to Terms:
    By booking a service and signing this agreement, you confirm your understanding and acceptance of these terms. Apex Auto Care reserves the right to update or revise this agreement at any time without prior notice.
