1. General Information
Soft Touch Auto Detail LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”) provides professional auto detailing services both at our location and through our mobile detailing service. By scheduling an appointment, the customer (“you,” “your”) agrees to the following terms and conditions.
2. Appointments and Scheduling
Appointments can be scheduled via phone, text, or online.
We request at least 24 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a $25 cancellation fee.
3. Travel and Mobile Service Policy
Mobile detailing is available within a 10-mile radius of ZIP code 40505 at no additional charge.
A travel fee of $2.00 per mile will apply for any distance beyond 10 miles from ZIP code 40505.
Travel distance is calculated using standard map mileage from 1051 Floyd Dr. Ste 180, Lexington, KY 40505, to the service address.
4. Vehicle Condition
Prices are based on vehicles in average condition. Excessive dirt, pet hair, stains, or odors may result in additional charges.
We reserve the right to adjust the price after vehicle inspection or to refuse service if a vehicle presents biohazardous or unsafe conditions.
5. Personal Belongings
Please remove all personal items before your appointment.
Soft Touch Auto Detail LLC is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings left in the vehicle.
6. Photos and Media Consent
We may take before and after photos of your vehicle for documentation and social media promotion purposes (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, website).
Photos will never include personal identifiers such as license plates or personal information.
If you prefer not to have photos of your vehicle used, please inform us before service begins and we will respect your request.
7. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Zelle, Venmo, and checks.
Returned checks are subject to a $35 fee.
8. Weather Policy
For mobile detailing, appointments may be rescheduled in the event of extreme weather conditions that could affect service quality or safety.
9. Liability
Soft Touch Auto Detail LLC uses professional-grade products and techniques.
We are not liable for pre-existing damage, weak or aged paint, loose trim, or components affected by normal detailing processes.
Engine bay cleaning and other specialty services are performed at the customer’s request and at their own risk.
10. Satisfaction Guarantee
Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with the service, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment so we can address the issue promptly.
11. Agreement
By scheduling a service with Soft Touch Auto Detail LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
