JAG'S AUTO DETAIL - TERMS AND CONDITIONS - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
The Terms and Conditions set forth below reflect JAG's Auto Detail's policy with respect to each of our customers. By signing this document, checking this box, or providing your vehicle’s key, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Our goal is to offer a stress-free detailing experience for our customers. There are no guarantees of bringing your vehicle back to a specific condition (i.e. showroom new).
Your vehicle and performing proper detailing techniques is our first priority. We will not perform any service that has the potential to cause harm or damage to your vehicle. Prior to JAG's Auto Detail performing services on your vehicle, you must advise us of any cosmetic or mechanical issues that would prevent us from completing the detail. These may include low battery, trunk permanently shut, windows not rolling down, etc.
If your vehicle poses a potential threat to our health and/or safety, please let us know. If there is the threat of any harmful substances (needles, drugs, gasoline, etc.) in the vehicle, you must inform us prior to your detail. You will be held responsible for any health and/or safety issues arising from your vehicle. We will make every attempt to contact you if an additional biohazard fee is required, which must be paid before the vehicle is released. If we cannot contact you, we reserve the right to stop service.
JAG's Auto Detail reserves the right to refuse service to any customer.
APPOINTMENTS
An appointment is defined as one scheduled vehicle. Bookings with multiple vehicles will be subject to multiple deposits. JAG's Auto Detail reserves the right to withdraw this requirement for any customer.
We will complete your detail as close to the scheduled appointment time as possible, however, sometimes situations arise that may be out of our control. Our safety will never be compromised by rushing to meet a schedule. You will be contacted and advised of an updated arrival time when conditions change beyond our control.
Your vehicle will be available for pick up until 5:30 p.m. Unless prior arrangements are made, there may be a $250 per day storage fee for vehicles left on our premises.
We require a minimum of 24 hours notice to change or cancel an appointment. Unless prior arrangements are made, you will be classified as “no show” if we do not have your vehicle 31 minutes after your scheduled appointment; your deposit will be forfeited.
PROPERTY DAMAGE
Each customer agrees to hold JAG's Auto Detail harmless, its owners, employees and affiliates from any damage, loss, expense, cost, claim and liability (including attorney and legal fees) arising out of JAG's Auto Detail services, including without limitation, any accidental property damage not relating to the services performed. I acknowledge that the unique nature of JAG's Auto Detail's business may expose me to greater property damage risk, and I hereby assume such risk.
We will neither remove nor install custom equipment from your vehicle. This includes, but is not limited to: subwoofers, light bars, roof racks, pet protectors, and bumper stickers. If you would like the areas cleaned underneath, please have them removed prior to your appointment.
We will remove child seats from your vehicle for an A or JAG’s Package to thoroughly clean the car’s interior; the child seats will not be reinstalled.
We will not detail equipment pertaining to safety, which includes, but is not limited to: child seats, seat belts and floor pedals.
PAYMENT
We accept cash with exact change, as well as all major credit cards. Payment is due at the completion of the detail, with the exception of a deposit, which is required to secure the appointment.
Only the service selected will be performed, regardless of the final price.
There may be an additional charge for non-sufficient funds. Failure to render complete payment may result in a lien placed on the vehicle.
All sales are final. Deposits are non-refundable.
PHOTOGRAPHS AND VIDEO
We have your permission to take pictures or video of you and/or your vehicle for marketing purposes. These will never be sold or given to third parties.
Video recording devices are prohibited in restricted areas. Any dashboard or passenger-facing cameras will be disabled or covered. We will disable Sentry Mode on Tesla vehicles.
DAMAGE/ACCIDENTS/MISCELLANEOUS
A scanned copy of your valid driver’s license must be on file prior to any service. Should you choose to not provide a valid driver’s license, the remaining balance must be pre-paid in cash, otherwise the deposit will be fully refunded in the original form of payment and your appointment will be canceled.
Additional charges will be added for our A and JAG’s Package for pet hair, odor removal, and biohazard removal, if not selected at the time of booking.
Reimbursement will not be paid for any minor cosmetic damage deemed by JAG’s Auto Detail as a result of detailing your vehicle. Reimbursement will be paid for any major damage caused to your vehicle as a result of our negligence. JAG's Auto Detail will approve the body shop and/or vendors before issuing any reimbursement. Repairs must be completed at a licensed repair shop.
If an issue arises after the detail that was not noticed during the final walk around, you must e-mail us at info@jagsautodetail.com within 24 hours and schedule a touch-up detail to be completed within 5 days of your original appointment or 25 miles from our recorded odometer reading, whichever comes first. A picture of your odometer must be attached to your e-mail. Limit one follow-up visit per appointment booked.
We will do our best to return and bag all items, however we are not responsible for items missing after the vehicle has left our parking lot.
