At Bates Auto Detailing, our customers are our number one priority.

We ask that you e-sign this document before you arrive at your appointment for the convenience and safety of Bates Auto Detailing, your vehicle, and yourself.

I authorize Bates Auto Detailing to start and drive my vehicle whenever necessary to perform all purchased services.

I authorize Bates Auto Detailing to use photos in social media or other avenues before appointment, during appointment, and after appointment indefinitely. (We generally do not take photos or videos with your license plate in the frame. We have a vanity plate that we place over the vehicle, or we remove the plate entirely).

I agree to pay the total balance of my invoice when receiving my vehicle. Bates Auto Detailing has the right to hold any vehicle until invoice is paid in full. 

I understand that vehicle storage is charged $50.00 per day after 2 days of no pickup. The 2 day period starts after the vehicle has been marked as completed. Vehicle storage fees are on a case by case basis.

I am aware that Bates Auto Detailing is fully insured and is not responsible for any previous damages or missing items such as rock chips, missing paint, rust, flaking clear coat, scratches, and more. I have comprehensive insurance coverage on my vehicle with a minimum of $100,000 USD. Our policy is that depending on your service(s), we get your vehicle back to the best condition possible. Some embedded stains do not come out and I fully understand that. Some deep scratches or deep swirls do not come out and I fully understand that. I understand that none of Bates Auto Detailing's interior packages yield cleaning of the headliner or seatbelts. Bates Auto Detailing is also not responsible for damages to paint from previous paint work. I understand that drastic existing paint defects are not guaranteed to be removed without replacing or repainting whatever section of the vehicle is damaged.
