Vehicle Service Waiver & Agreement

I understand and agree that:

Patrick’s Auto Detailing is not responsible for any pre-existing damage to my vehicle.

Patrick’s Auto Detailing is not responsible for any mechanical, electrical, or cosmetic issues that occur or are discovered during or after service.

I leave my vehicle at my own risk for cosmetic services (detailing, ceramic coatings, paint correction, sealing, etc.).

I authorize Patrick’s Auto Detailing to operate, move, or test drive my vehicle as necessary to perform the agreed services.

Payment and Non-Payment Clause

I agree that all payments for services rendered are due in full upon completion of the job, unless a prior deposit or alternate arrangement is agreed in writing.

If payment is not received when due, Patrick’s Auto Detailing reserves the right to retain possession of the vehicle until full payment is made.

In the event of non-payment, I agree to pay all costs of collection, including reasonable storage fees (billed daily after notification), administrative costs, and any attorney’s fees or court costs incurred.

I acknowledge that failure to pay may result in legal action to recover the debt, including small claims court proceedings.

Patrick really did an awesome job on my car, it had gone a whole year and a half without any kind of full detailing and he brought it back to life! He Took his time and did a thorough job he and i were both proud of! I would recommend anyone to call Patrick to detail your car or truck, friendly and Great personality, He will make your Ride Shine!!! Also- I was referred to Patrick from another 5 star car detailing company located in my local area because they were booked thru to january, and i just think its great and very respectful of each other in general that they are passing off referrals to one other, and promoting each others self owned business, so 5 stars for that as well!

Patrick was on time and stayed until completed his work. Our Toyota tundra truck was pretty dirty and he did a phenomenal job! I’ve asked him to come back to clean my Volvo XC60, which should be easier.
